I love Fragrancebuy. I've bought hundreds of fragrances from this site and I am very happy with the quick service and I had great customer service over a faulty bottle of Boss Bottled Oud Aromatic a week ago. However, Fedex is a terrible carrier. The boxes
Go through serious abuse. I ordered Ababian Oud Rasala and it arrived with the feather broken off from the cap. It was a 150 dollar niche fragrance. I realize that the design is dainty and the juice is what matters. But ultimately it is Fedex and their amateur handlers that put orders at risk which all contributes to rising prices. So I'll just do my best to repair the cap. I'll keep buying- but I won't be buying niche from Fragrancebuy unless the bottle design is solid or they use a better carrier. Thanks Fragranebuy. Here's to much success in 2024!

I was supposed to receive my package a few days ago and I didnt. I checked around my family & neighbors and nobody has seen anything! I emailed Fragrancebuy.ca and they refunded my order and are working with authorities to see how my package was stolen. It wasn't their fault that my package was stolen, and I love that they actually engage with their wronged customers. Order if you want good service.

Order was placed in USD but somehow ended up in CAD.
Needed an invoice for that purchase, finally when the invoice was sent via email, it did not indicate the amount is in CAD, so had to contact you again just to ask you to indicate on the invoice, the amount paid is in CAD instead of USD.
Kind of a headache to have to go through that process.
The cologne arrived ok and in perfect condition.

Baccarat Rouge 540 for cheap, and honestly it was worth the purchase I would say they're 90% similar. Projection is not loud but it lasts for 8 hours. Packaging and delivery top notch.
