I paid for the 1-2 business day shipment because I was in the us for vacation a couple of days but the shipment last more than a week so I didn't got my perfume and I need to wait until I go there again

Within 4 days of placing my order I got both of my fragrances that I ordered (Valentino born in Roma Intense and Eros flame both 50ml) and I was satisfied with the packaging and product entirely! Highly recommend.

Solid site with good shipping and authentic products. Very quick turn-around, great prices, and a huge selection. Excellent shipping and packaging with peanuts and beautiful boxes. Overall, I was very impressed with my first two purchases. I had issues with my third purchase from the site but the FB Team were very attentive to my concerns and reached out promptly to address the matter. I was super excited to catch a sweet deal on Stronger With You Absolutely. IFragrance Buy shipped the package via FedEx and I followed the tracking all the way until it was listed as out for delivery. It never came. FedEx investigated but found nothing. And FragBuy is out of the fragrance again so I can't replace it. However, Fragrance Buy has responded to my inquiries promptly and courteously and have gone above and beyond to rectify the issue as best they can. I can't thank them enough for their customer care and support. The villain in this instance was FedEx which has became a third rate delivery service. I will avoid them like the plague henceforth.FrangranceBuy's only misstep in this transaction was enlisting FedEx as their delivery service. I highly recommend FragranceBuy. They are a small business and they care about their customers and it shows in the way they treat them.

Order arrived. Box in perfect condition. Poorly protected fragrances inside unphased. Somehow the le male in the solid can offering the most protection arrived damaged and i was told it must have happened in transit. No way. That was shipped out damaged. Customer service insisted it was a fedex issue. It was a leaky mess and atomizer busted and its a matte bottle so who knows how much was left in the bottle. They dont have any more 200mls in stock so they told me i can now wait for the time it takes to ship it back and for them to process the return before i get a refund or accept a $40 voucher and do what i can to salvage the bottle….thats insane.my time wasnt respected here. My intelligence wasnt respected here. Pretty sure i wont be ordering from here again. Already deleted everything off my wishlist.
