Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
Last two time I've purchase with you guys, I have not recieved my free sample with the purchase of insurance. I personally look forward to the random one I recieve to expand my eyes on different colonges I may like.

I was looking for two specific middle eastern fragrances. Your site had the best price and an added coupon. BUT... once you added tax. The discount was only about $3 so that was a little disappointing.

I reported the fact that the box had been tampered with - one end had been covered with packing tape. The delivery person took the photo of the package on my porch with the untampered end showing
The box had the Jessica McClintock perfume I ordered, several white styrofoam chips and no Lacoste Blanc. This was a must wished for Christmas present, I am very upset I have not heard when I can expect a replacement.

Fantastic fragrances from a fantastic retailer! Shipping to Texas was within the time frame they gave and arrived in perfect condition. Amazon has conditioned us to the 2 day shipping speed, but this is worth the extra time!

I really liked the packaging and shipping experience. The package is very sturdy and gives me confidence that none of the bottles are damaged (these are gifts and I haven't opened them).
The shipping company, Shippie, is very good to work with (better than the more common known companies). Overall it was a very pleasant purchasing experience.

I was extremely happy about the deal, 11% off entire order plus free shipping was amazing. The shipping took a bit, almost 2 weeks. Overall satisfied with purchase, all were blind buys and I loved all except for one which isn't bad but not to my liking. Plus got a tiny sample of initio's fragrance. Will be purchasing more from fragrance buy in the future.

The prices are great. I wish there was a little more variety and items in stock. I can find what I want mostly but some popular items are usually sold out or not on the site at all. I also wish shipping was a little faster but it is as advertised on the site. I love the packaging as well.

Apex is a great fall/winter fragrance. I have not tried Blazing Mr Sam but people say this smells very similar. It is sweet with some spice provided by cinnamon. Not sure it would be a safe blind buy of it was priced higher, but for the price I took a shot based on a review from a trusted fragrance reviewer. I'm glad I took the shot because I like it a lot. I am a big fan of sweet/spicy cold weather fragrances and Apex certainly is that. And the presentation for such an inexpensive fragrance is fantastic.

Overall, I'd have to say FragranceBuy did really good with my Order, it was the Black Friday sale, so i took the opportunity to try them out for the first time. Worked out and i got my order taken care of at some great prices. Plus the additional Discount an shipping codes made things that much more affordable and convenient. Shipping took a little longer but they explained due to the spike in orders for the sale that is to be expected so i didn't mind, just once my order got through and processed, and it did.
If there are a couple things that i could suggest that would make the website better on the whole, would be to:
1) Update the fragrance listing pages. It seems quite dated in its look and the amount of information given is limited. Some more info, like the fragrance notes and a description of the fragrance would be greatly appreciated.
2) Change the requirements for free shipping. FragranceBuy has a setup where you MUST purchase 5 items to get free shipping. In my humble opinion, that's a lot. Maybe if they setup a value amount for shipping eg. Free shipping with purchase order over $100, i think would appeal to a lot more people, cause a lot of buyers, may not even be interested in purchasing that many fragrances at once.
Implementing these suggestions would IMO, help the already wide reach that your website has. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Reliable, honest, good value and pretty quick shipping. I deduct 1 star for: a) quite often out of stock on items I search for. If one doesn't get in quickly on new arrivals, run out quickly.
B) even though good prices overall, some items are more expensive than the competitors.
I recommend Fragbuy to my friends and family, on the higher end of the scale.
