Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
It was my first time purchasing from here and I won't hesitate to do so again. Prices were good and the shipping was fast to the states. The packaging was sturdy and everything arrived in great condition. Highly recommended!

There's no way to go wrong with Fragrancebuy. The only time I buy retail is if I have points to use at a store that brings the price in line. I see the occasional person complaining but then see the response by Fragrancebuy to make it right. What more can you ask for. The points system makes for an even cheaper experience when you want to load up. Nothing I can say negatively.

Through numerous purchases in the past year I have never had any issue. All of the fragrances arrived on time, properly packaged with no damage. I've had to reach out recently to ask a question and follow up question and found their response was in a reasonable time frame and accurately answered. I will continue to use fragrancebuy regularly.

Delivery was quick. No damages. Sometimes there can be fragrances that are sold out more often than other sites, but luckily the ones of interest to me are always in stock. Super pleased!

Delivery was smooth and easy. Packaging also great. Only thing was that the cologne spray cover is too tight and came apart. The cologne itself is weak and doesn't last long (but that's Burberry's fault I think).

I loved buying from fragrance buy. At first i was a bit scared they might not be authentic but I was wrong. They delivered me in 2 business days which crazy fast and the packaging was very well made. They even gave me samples but I wished they could've been better fragrances that they chose to give me. Overall excellent and I am glad that I made my purchase from FraganceBuy.

Box was opened and taped shut at the security tab and appeared to have been opened. Free sample box was empty and crushed and $300 worth of perfume was banging around loose in the box. Fragrance seems solid but overall the experience was lacking.

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Forever is discontinued and harder to find nowadays so I was so happy to see it on FragranceBuy. Thoughtfully packaged and delivered timely was an added bonus from FragranceBuy! The fragrance itself is addictive and a perfect freshie grapefruit bomb in a sophisticated delivery.

Never disappointed. Excellent pricing. Excellent product. Very quick to ship. Only wish the free standard shipping was based on $ value of the order as opposed to number of products purchased. Always have to factory that shipping charge if only requiring one or two items. Either that or more free shipping promo's might produce more orders, never know :)

It took me 3 or 4 orders to understand how to get my shipment faster. I am located in the east coast of USA. Best advise, order by Thursday of the week and you will receive it by Wednesday of the following week. My satisfaction regarding the products is at 100%.

I have frequented this website as I am an avid fragrance collector. Out of handful of trusted discounters that have fragrances available I would have to say that FragranceBuy.ca is my go to when I first try to find something that is generating hype on youtube or something that I have heard about that is hard to find and is of high quality. This particular purchase was meaningful to me as I have been waiting to get my hands on a bottle of Dior Homme Parfum for some time but have been waiting for the right opportunity due to its cost. Luckily this website made it available to a more wider audience as previous it had been an item mostly for the european market. I just received the item and absolutely adore it and give much kudos to fragrancebuy.ca. The three fragrances only offered through fragrancebuy.ca are so, so worth the purchase. I would probably never have gotten the opportunity to smell anything similar to the wonderful Dior Homme Parfum and this fragrance Gary's Den has given me that opportunity and I absolutely adore it. I will probably purchase another bottle it is simply a wonderful fragrance and an amazing buy. The other two are great as well but the standout is Gary's Den.
