I recently purchased from Fragrancebuy for the first time and I am both impressed and very satisfied with my purchase and experience with the company. The ordering process was easy, there was communication throughout with my order and shipping, and my package arrived relatively quickly, considering I am in the US. My order was packed well and arrived without any damage or issues. They have a great selection, great prices, and I was able to order scents that were not available to me on other US sites. Although it may seem that the cost of shipping to the US is more than other local sites, when you factor in the money you are saving from sales tax and other fees, it is more than fair and worth the money. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer for maybe just under a year, but have already bought a lot of fragrances already! This will be my now permanent go to website for all my fragrance needs! Good prices! And decent stock availability.

Got what I ordered. It is not overnight service but it arrived as promised and packaging was excellent to ensure it arrives in best possible condition.

I ordered from FragranceBuy for the first time. I'm in the US so my package took a little be longer but everything worked out smoothly and efficiently. I definitely would order from again. Great prices, great service, excellent packaging. I can't complain.

I contacted FragranceBuy via email, as instructed on their website, to initiate a return. Their response outlined two options: I could ship the return myself at my own expense or request a return label, which would deduct $12.95 from my refund. However, despite multiple follow-up emails requesting a return label, I received no response. Frustrated, I left a one-star review, which finally prompted a response from their customer service team. To their credit, they acknowledged their mistake and kindly provided me with a free return shipping label.

However, it's important to note that any returns incur a 20% deduction, as returned items are considered 'open package' and must be resold as such. While I appreciate the resolution, the lack of initial communication and the steep return deductions are something potential customers should be aware of.

I'm a repeat customer. Bought over 100 bottles from the site. Bottles are packaged well and product intact. Unfortunately the shipping has gotten worst over the years. Fed ex seems to have issues being efficient and often my packages travel hours past my home only to come back. I live 3 hours from the border and my packages typically arrive within 3 days. Now they take almost a week or more. And tracking doesn't get updated as often as it once did. I recommend fragrancebuy to everyone so I want to see them succeed. The only thing I'd change is the shipping. Other than that. I have not had one issue with the product quality. Thanks fragrancebuy!

Update* I finally did receive both packages at the same time. It took 2 weeks, but perhaps it's the holiday season slowing things down. Overall, I only shop on this site and always have because it's so easy, straight forward and the value is good. I also appreciate their attention to detail. So although my packages were MIA longer than expected, I'll continue making Fragrancebuy my go to source for fragrance :)

I have purchased from FragBuy a few times now and have always been satisfied with their offerings and delivery. Sometimes it takes a long time for fragrances to get back in stock but that's not a deal breaker. I will be purchasing from FragBuy exclusively from now on after a recent poor customer service experience with another discounter.

I thought I would try this fragrance as Patchouli it is my Favorite Fragrance and it was affordable. I am so disappointed as this fragrance smells absolutely nothing like Patchouli and I do not like the fragrance at all!

Every time I purchased products from your website, they are always delivered fast and with care. I wouldn't want to purchase my fragrances from any other site. You guys are truly the best.

Last few years, I have regularly bought fragrances from FRAGRANCE BUY CANADA. I find their products genuine and service reliable. I live in BC and at times courier services are slow. Fragrance Buy sincerely tries its best to remain customer-friendly. Keep up the good work.

Not bad service I like how for local orders they didn't send it through Canada post however it did take over a week to ship but I got them within too weeks after placing the order

I've spent a lot of money on this site, when there is issues with my order they do help me, I've had to send back broken bottles and they helped me. 99% of my orders are with out flaw.

Prices here are unmatched anywhere else. I buy Dolce and Gabana Light Blue here whenever I need it. I get twice the amount that retailers sell for almost half price.
