I have used Fragrance Buy on several occasions and am to the point where I often wait for them to have something specific just so I can purchase it from them.
They have impeccable customer service and are outside the US so I enjoy not paying taxes. I had something rare break before it shipped and they replaced it, I also cancelled an order which they did for me without hesitation or issues.
Definitely the place I look at first for fragrances.

It delivered pretty quickly but the box was extremely hot when it got here. The perfume bottle itself was hot to the touch from sitting in the delivery vehicle all day. I hope this didn't ruin the perfume's scent or longevity :(

They have a wonderful selection of products and the quality of customer service is exceptional. The shipping is fast and they package your products so securely that you won't have to worry about your items getting damaged in transit. The cute little red boxes are a plus. I highly recommend!

After a short period of time, they refunded me the money for the perfume that did not reach me due to a mistake made by the carrier company. As a company that sells only online, I did not think that they could be reliable in such problems and even in refunding money, but Fragrancebuy company got full marks from me. From now on, I can continue shopping safely. Thank you Fragrancebuy.

The two fragrances I bought were shipped and delivered timely. The packaging was very well done. Was very pleased with the overall experience. This is the second time I've done business with Fragrance Buy and won't be the last.

The order got to my place in a reasonable amount of time. But the carrier didn't notify me that it was delivered. The package remained outside my door all day. I ordered food that evening and the delivery person stole the package.

This is the best experience I've had ordering perfumes online. My order was shipped the next business day and it was delivered to my door the day after that by a local courier. All the perfume I ordered came in a very secure package, I'm very happy to received them. All are great perfume.
I suggest to put in your product website the type of perfum note or base scent etc. I get the review of perfume from you tube.

Order took longer to process than usual most likely due to the holiday shopping everyone was doing so it is understood the handling times would be a bit longer. Other than that the actual shipping times was quick and the items were packed securely.

I've bought perfume from this company in the past and things went well but my last purchase was a different story. I Purchased two bottles last month and one of my perfumes was stolen. I filed a claim through Fragrancebuy and I've yet to hear anything about my claim. It's been almost two weeks. Would be nice if the customer service would tell the customer what's going on during the investigation. I won't be buying perfume from this company again because I fear if one of my perfumes gets stolen again, nothing will get done. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.l

Even though all seven items were in the package, the security seal had been broken and the box was heavily taped with a clear tape. I am not sure where that could have happened, at the warehouse or shipping truck? The sample was not in the package, but not a big deal. I am glad whoever opened the box did not take the Guerlain bottle :)

I put in two orders separately but on the same day. First order was small and didn't qualify for free shipping nor did it allow me ti use sprays for it. Second order was a pricey fragrance and qualified for feee shipping. I paid extra for the secure ship or something to that effect on my first order. All I got out of that was one little sample. And everything came together. I expected just a little bit more with a big order.

FragranceBuy did a great job in customer service! The fragrance is great! Smells very similar to BDC and if you don't know what BDC smells like, well buy this. Last about 6-8 on me which is enough for my preference
