After years of wearing the same perfume, decided to go with Vera Wang and I'm glad I did! Love the scent, it's not too drastic but it's subtle and that's usually what I like wearing in a perfume. Shipping was fast and the price was amazing!

Packaging is done with care, so much so that've never received a damaged product. Shipping time is usually standard and sometimes earlier than expected. Since I've learned about fragbuyca I have not bought from another site. Although they're in
Canada shipping to the US is more fast than ordering from places here in the US. The times I've emailed them, they have responded within 24 hours. I would never ever shop anywhere else. Their prices are unbelievable and I love their point system and how you can redeem for gift cards towards your purchase that are stackable. The fragrances are always fresh(not expired like some companies) and what you order you actually get! I pray they never go out of business! And let me not forget to mention their top tier packaging that's exactly like LV! I've literally ordered over 25+ niche fragrances from them! Waiting on 4 more bottles now. No one can beat their prices!

Only authentic fragrances, shipping is always fast, and the items are always well packaged (i.e., good protection).
I've also ordered some more expensive "niche" fragrances from FB, which made me a little nervous at first because of the high price of some if these items, but in the end, I'm very satisfied: you always get authentic items with FB!

I enjoy buying from Fragbuy as their prices are the best online but the shipping time is way too slow. I stopped doing business with Fragrance.net because of how slow their shipping time was. I'm hoping Fragbuy can at least ship the orders faster in the future. I believe it took mine a week after I purchased it before it even left the warehouse.

Always check out this site for availability and options which they had something in particular I was looking for. They got it shipped out quickly and made it an easy purchase. Will use again in the future.

I prefer to speak to someone when I have a question. Don't like to boot up my computer to ask a question. Too many companies prefer to be informal with the customers that keep them in business. I tried calling several times that day but nobody answered. Instead I was forced to send an email and wait 24 hours for a response. Then a second question was answered in another 24 hours. I'm old school, don't like doing business that way

Fragrance Buy has a great selection of frags and excellent prices. Only gripe I have is the time it takes to ship. Not sure if it's Fed Ex just not picking up in a timely manner but my last order did not get picked up for four days after the shipping label was created. I thought USPS was bad but Fed Ex may be worse. Overall, love Fragrance Buy and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Prices, speed of shipping out, delivery time and packaging are all among the best in the business. FragranceBuy is always in the top 2-3 sites I check. Not surprising as most Canadian companies I have bought from are top-class and well managed.

I sent an email asking about my order which I havent heard anything about in over a week but instead I got this. I certainly understand black Friday delays but it's been over a week which is a long time for you guys so I got a but anxious. Instead I got this. I used to work in IT and I understand automation, but surely you could have disabled this knowing you were going to be backed up because of black Friday. Heck, I still haven't heard anything about my order either and it has been 8 days.

I placed an order from Costa Rica to be delivered to my sister's house in Canada and the order was processed exactly as expected. I am very satisfied. I can't wait to get my perfume when I visit in a couple of weeks!

My order came very fast, just as described and fully authentic.
2nd order was damaged by shipping company which lead to a bottle being broken. I e-mailed customer service and they dealt with it right away. Even after hours. I couldn't believe it. Unreal customer service.

My shopping was good and I got items I wanted that was left. So many scents are always out of stock. That can get annoying.
This time, there was 2 codes for discounts. I put one in for a second discount on a fragrance and the other code for free shipping.
Well I was charged shipping and that was annoying.

My PDM Layton was damaged upon receiving. It appears to have come from the factory with a broken sprayer. The perfume leaked from the bottle and the bottle was nearly empty. I hope there is no difficulty getting a replacement..

When I ordered I usually use the Shop app to track my orders but the tracking id was kind of separated from my order. The delivery guy ended up switching my package with the neighbors. And one of my fragrances came assembled with cheap glue so it was kind of falling apart.
