I recently purchased my first fragrance from Fragrancebuy. I have long been purchasing fragrances the "traditional" way through brick and mortar stores. I thought I would try purchasing through the Fragrancebuy website. I must say, I was very impressed and I think it may have changed the way I shop for fragrances. The selection and range of products is amazing. The price is better than any store, even during store sales. The shipping was flawless and the company they used (shippee) was super efficient and professional. I have extreme confidence in the system. I will be purchasing many more fragrances from fragrancebuy

Overall, my experience was great. I received everything I should. I received it in an appropriate time. The only problem I had was that the outer case to Lattafa Eternal Oud was broken upon arrival. I tried emailing the support email, but both times I've received a error that the email never went through. The problem isn't a huge for me, at least the juice is ok, but it was the first time I've order from Fragrancebuy, so it makes me hesitant to order again.

Have recently placed many orders on fragrancebuy.ca. Delivery/pkging is exceptional, customer care services r also some of the best. Fragrance buy also has some of the best prices on perfumes and also finds perfumes that r hard to find anywhere(rare gems)! Definitely recommend people give fragrancebuy.ca!

Armaf untold gets extremely close to BK540. The only difference is that the armaf is more linear. Funny thing... with BK540, I tend to get nose fatigue, and I can't perceive it after a few hours; not with the Armaf. The armaf stays fairly noticeable beyond the 8 hour mark.

I have ordered ormonde jayne and carner barcelona. The ormonde j bottle broke and spilled. Have emailed customer service and got a response next day. They had refunded me approptiately even with the tax. I am very impressed with the prompt service with fragrance buy.

Worst business ive ever bought from by far, i purchased two Xerjoff and insurance totaling 270 USD. Upon recieving my package the bottom was soaked and reaked of cologne, i opened it up and behold the colognes had busted and broken all over the place. I took what pictures I could and contacted support. 2 days later they replied and by then I had tossed the box away and the trash had run. They would not refund me due to not having enough pictures calling me a liar. Horrible customer support i am extremely unhappy and was robbed of 270 USD. Had their customer support gotten back to me promptly or if they had an active number to call I could have easily provided proof. Why would I keep broken colognes anywhere but the trash?

Ordering on line works fine and the product is always perfect but I have issues with the app everytime I try to use it. The answer is always uninstall and reinstall. I refuse to do that everytime so I'll just continue to purchase from the web site.

This is a review about Fragrance Buy, but still...
I've been a loyal FragBuy customer for over a decade. My wife's favorite, Paloma Picasso EDP 100 ml is no longer available in that size. It is now sold in 50 ml only. After research, we found Narciso Rodriguez "MUSK NOIR for her" EDP 100 ml. Comparable scent but slightly more intense. Time will tell.
Personaly, I am a Burberry nut. I have 4. (Mr Black, Touch, London, Brit)
What has not changed, with FragBuy, is the ease of ordering and the fast, well packaged delivery. Prices, compared to stores and other on line competitors, are still the best Quality/Price option I can find. Over time, I ordered from a competitor only once, because FragBuy was out of stock for what we needed. It was the only time in more than a decade.
Do I recommend Fragrance Buy?

My favorite fragrances were out of stock so I put in a notification request so I would know when these frags came back in stock. I kept checking in but no stock. Finally, one day checking in, the stock was available and so I ordered. There was no notification at all...I just got lucky by checking in from time to time. Not reliable service. Otherwise I love FragranceBuy...great selection, prices, and shipping. I was just disappointed with this notification aspect.

Dispatched within 48 hours, transit was additional 7 days. The 7 days is amazing, considering customs, which is not controlled by Fragrancebuy. I was expecting shipping delay but I cimmend the diligence of the public servants on both sides of the border.
