Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.

Dealing with fragrance buy was really quick and easy. Within minutes of placing an order I received notification it was ready to ship! Shipping was a bit delayed but understandably not fragrance buy's fault! I ended up getting my product in perfect condition thanks to their dutiful packaging!

I like purchasing products from Fragrance Buy. They do a great job of making good quality fragrances a little more affordable. My only quibble would be that I think they should offer free delivery, at least for orders over $100 or $150.
I've order many products from them and they've always arrived quickly and in good shape.

The packaging is top notch. My order came safe and expertly packaged. The delivery time takes a while but I'm in the US and I believe it's coming from Canada so it's to be expected. I am pleased with my purchase and will be purchasing here again. I definitely recommend!

Great service & speedy delivery. The price has gone up about 40% from when I last bought a couple years ago, but hopefully this is a cap of price markup. I will be a customer for life if they never stop carrying this in stock and a a good discount as this scent is underrated. My wife loves it beyond measure, and unfortunately when I go out I always get compliments from other women. Have to take the good, with the bad with this one!;)

Always have the best prices around. The amount of fragrances that can be found on the website versus others is a plus. I would like items shipped to be protected by the packing peanuts around all sides of the products at all times. My fragrance bottles were probably hitting on one side of the bare box throughout the shipping process prior to opening. I also would appreciate having fragrance samples tailored to my gender or unisex samples when selecting Package protection.

I would love if you could add note breakdowns to fragrance profiles when available. Also, indicate for every tester whether they come with caps or not. Finally, an inventory count for fragrances would help me stop shopping on the clock during fragrance drops.

Got a great deal on Triumph of Bacchus. Orders take about a week to arrive but is worth it given the discount. I always receive a sample of something different which is a nice addition. The boxes are sturdy and packaged well which keeps my fragrances safe.

I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.

After being a customer for awhile and having an account you would think you could see I purchased several fragrance off your site.
I have now asked to be removed from future emails and close my account.
They're are just so many other options for discount websites.
Plus they ship quicker.
Update...
They try to resolve issue by offering samples now if I email ahead of my order.
Still not worth the time of shipping and bad service. I am using a few other discount fragrance shops instead.
Oh well it was nice while it lasted.

I have been delving into fragrances in the last few years and have purchased more from this site than any other. The shipping time is reasonable and you can find some real deals. My favorite part is the fragbuy insurance. For.99 cents Canadian money you can insure your shipment. With the purchase of the insurance they will send you a sample of a fragrance or other random item. These samples were super expensive fragrances I would never be able to buy. I have already purchased two fragrances this month.

Paid over $100 USD for 2 fragrances for a perceptible value. I received a FedEx tracking number but was never able to track the package. Since I am international customer, I anticipated that clearing customs and delivery to my address would be awhile. After a prolonged waiting period, I was again unable to track my package at the tracking number provided. I reached out to customer service where I was told my package was lost and that the company could not cover my purchase due to purchase date being greater than 14 days from my communication. I have never received a product & I am out of my money,, waiting likely weeks for a FedEx claim to be filed. Please exercise caution when purchasing products from this seller. I am unlikely to purchase a product again despite the advertised value of fragrances.
