Simply the best retailer for fragrances. My orders are always delivered in a timely fashion, well packaged so that nothing is damaged, and customer service is excellent. The best selection at the best prices.

Shipping took a little longer than expected but I shipped to USA from CA so it was actually pretty fast for international shipping. Everything was deadstock and as described.

My perfumes always arrive in good condition and the delivery is fast. The only thing is that you have to buy 5 perfumes and more to have free delivery, I find that a bit of a shame. Other sites offer free shipping over $149. But overall it's great

I have ordered 2 Dior Homme Parfum bottles and 1 Armani Stronger with You Absolutely, which are very hard to find, and all 3 bottles arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased with FragranceBuy and I'm looking forward to coming back when another Gem comes in stock.

Im a member of many fragrances grupos in Mexico, and they move a ton of money buying and selling. You have competitive prices but no shipping to Mexico. I wish that can be doable.

I paid for 2 to 4 day shipping. And it took a week to arrive. I got a letter stating why it happened which to me as an excuse. If you can't do 2 to 4 day shipping don't offer it. On that note I am sure I will still purchase stuff from you guys I like your prices and your selection

On several occasions my orders have been canceling by fragrancebuy for no reason, then the cancelation email says that "I" was the one who canceled the order. I understand that your company refuses to ship to an FPO address, so I ship to an address in the continental US but my orders are still being canceled by fragrancebuy. This is a serious issue and I will not be ordering from your company again.

So far so good, great prices and fragrances the only somewhat of a downside is the time that it takes to arrive and the FedEx guys they just drop the boxes carelessly and always late at night but that's on them not fragancebuy.ca highly recommend it to anyone.
