When an item was defective (manufacturer defect), they paid postage for me to send it back. (Keep those papers at the bottom of your box).

Fragrancebuy is officially my go to place to buy fragrances. The prices are so good and they are Canadian!. Shipping however if something i do not like as it is a bit pricy but it's really fast tho. Overall 10/10 company products always arrive in good shape with plenty of packaging

Parcel came fast. Efficient. I had ordered 1 100ml tester, but instead received 2 X 50ml of brand new bottles which was a nice surprise. Packaging was great. Perfumes were legit and brand new. Will definitely be ordering more. Thank you

Since this was my first experience buying a product out of the states I was a little cautious but I was able to track my package the whole time and everything arrived without any issues. Will definitely keep using Fragrancebuy as a go to stop for my fragrances.

I have been buying for many years and the items are authentic, and as described. My shipments are always sealed in a box with packing peanuts and bubble wrapping. I tend to receive in less than 1 week.The site got better by adding the filter system. What I would love to see is fragrance notes so I don't need to search multiple sites on a new fragrance. I would also love if smaller bottles were available for sale or for sampling. I usually spend couple hundreds of dollars at a time and some of my purchases are blind buys, and they aren't all love at 1st sniff. An exchange program/system if you don't like the fragrance, you can exchange for something of equal price would be amazing. I wouldn't mind buying testers as I have bought some before from the site. Thank you.

I made my first purchase with FragranceBuy in July after watching a review by FragranceKnowledge on Instagram. I signed up from the loyalty program then and before the end of August I was already at the highest tier Eau "Addict". I have contacted their customer service with an issue with an order and received a timely response to help resolve the issue with no hesitation. The FragBuy Care has allowed me to not only protect my shipment but introduce me to new fragrance I might otherwise not have the opportunity to smell. All my shipment have been packed with care and the FragCitement I get when that red box is sitting at my door is unmatched.

Wore YSL La Nuit De L'homme for the past six years and never strayed from the brand. Had a few days downtime during hurricane Ian so got bored and finally scratched the itch to try somethings new, (thanks to going down a random rabbit hole on YouTube with GentsScents). Love the three scents I purchased, love the communication and speedy delivery. Only ask- throw in some random samples next time! Wanting to purchase more but not sure what to try!

I have wanted a bottle of Gold Coast for months but would not pay full price. Then I found out that Fragrance Buy sometimes offers testers but I had to wait until some were available. Recently I was able to purchase one. It arrived earlier than I expected and is perfect! I even repurposed a different cap so the perfume can macerate until Spring, when I intend to use the scent as my signature.

Purchased 5 fragrances. They showed up in about a week. It's a long way to Texas from the great white north. First off, the prices just cannot be beat. Then the packaging, all 5 came in one big box, stuffed with p- nuts. The individual boxes looked like they hadn't moved, at all. After removing the frag boxes, a free PDM sample. I mean, come on. Everything about Fragrancebuy has exceeded my expectations so far. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Hello, I have been purchasing from FragranceBuy since April '22 and you guys have some of the best prices imaginable and you have a pretty array of fragrances.

My only gripes include the processing time to get fragrances shipped(difficult to wait lol), there could be even more of a variety of fragrances(some niche brands are not available), running more specials, free gifts with purchases(like discovery sets), better review videos, more deals for loyal customers, fragrance bundles, and engaging with more social media influencers- IG: theSUNK.

These guys are awesome. Fast shipping (i have tried three or 4 other platforms where shipping takes ages cause they post fragrances as being available while they re not and wait for you to make the order then order it for you... which has never been the case with FragranceBuy. So i trust them more and I dont order from the others anymore).
Genuine perfumes, perfect packaging and great loyalty points program.
If I can suggest, add more testers and decants...

Made a decent sized order and one of the fragrances arrived broken and soaked through the box. It ruined the packaging of another fragrance but I don't really mind that. I emailed them and hope to get a response, rectifying the problem.

I am very dissatisfied that I left ny phone number to be reached by the courier driver and yet I got no call, and my package was delivered to the wrong address.

Fragbuy.ca's customer service is second to none! I've contacted them 3 times in the last couple years, trying to get out of stock, hard-to-find fragrances, and all 3 times they've gotten me what I was looking for. They're super helpful and always so kind in the process. They're the best! Thanks again FragranceBuy! You guys are awesome!
