I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.
First off, I'll start with I'm glad you guys are here. The sales support and fragrance catalogue is amazing. You are a valuable company to Canadians and I highly recommend you to anyone I come across.
However I feel things have gone downhill a bit. Things like deals that have been less than stellar and prices have been more expensive compared to other discounter website(s) I also order from. I've also been waiting on fragrances for months only getting restock after I make the purchase somewhere else after having contacted before I did so. I don't know the specifics of the business and acquiring inventory, however the competition is offering me the fragrance in stock, with a better discount and a better faster shipping (UPS is slow) so it feels like there's a room to improve and things used to be a tad better. I understand economy hasn't been the best lately.
Things that I don't need to mention but I still will, is that the fragrances are always genuine and always get to me in one piece.

I ordered several bottles to haul my favorite fragrances (most of them are Armafs). Even it is based on canada, the shipment is very fast. It is very well packed and the box is filled with cushions to protect the items inside. I will definitely order again and will recommend this site to others. By the waybthe prices of items here are the most affordable as compare to other perfume store and site and you can find rare or discontinued items as well. The order was delayed and Royal Crown Tzar M looked as if it leaked as outside of the bottle was slightly wet and box smelled the perfume. This has never happened before!

I live in an apartment abd the buzzer code wasn't captured when.i ordered. Someone tried to call me and I wasn't able to pick up. No other attempt was made to reach me, even though my name is in the directory someone could have buzzed up that way. Instead I got a vague message that thd delivery failed and would be attempted again at some point. I had to follow up to find out how and when. This was my first time having a problem with delivery, but it was frustrating
Fragrance buy reached out about this issue. I certainly wasn't expecting them to, but I am grateful for the quick response and the swift action they took to acknowledge my concern and resolve the matter. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Fedex delivered an empty package, unfortunately, the insurance does not cover business addresses, however they covered me taking the losses... i have purchased with them since 2021 and so far their customer service has been the best, i am really grateful to them for helping me even if it cost them financial losses, I will definitely continue buying! I totally recommend them ever!

I have had an exceptional experience with Fragrancebuy.com! I am a amateur fragrance collector and the majority of my purchases have been on this site. They usually have the best selection and availability and very competitive prices. My only wish would be free shipping, but I an in the US and they are based in Canada, so I totally understand shipping costs. Having said that, I do qualify for extra discounts and/or free shipping with their loyalty program, which is very nice and appreciated.
