Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
I'm super satisfied with the service I received from Fragrance Buy. I purchased the new G Armani Parfum & got a fantastic deal! I'm pretty impressed with their inventory & prices. Also, my order arrived a day early yay. I'll be 'bok'……

This is my 5th order or so from this company. I have NEVER had any issues. I receive my items on time and always pack them in a heavy box to prevent damage to perfume boxes. Their prices can't be beat. TEN STARS!

Fast shipping usually the carrier made me wait an extra day, doesn't matter this juice is worth the wait! This one's always hard too come bye, it's a serious crowd pleaser no matter where I go the ladles give me compliments and ask what I'm wearing, conversations leads to date's and other fun things;)
Guys even ask what I'm wearing so it's a pleaser all the way around.

So, here is my first than perfect experiance with Fragbuy. I purchased an extremely beautiful(and expensive) fragrance not too long ago, and was excited for my new frag, but when I opened it, I noticed that the label was a little crooked and the batch code sticker was missing. So I contacted them and Ak$#*!a responded, quickly! She obviously tried to explain what might have happened, but after hearing my issues she quickly understood and immediatley sent me a pdf for free shipping return. Awesome! Full marks for Ak$#*!a! She made the whole experiance work! Thank You, Ak$#*!a! "Disclaimer" It has only been a week and have not received my refund yet so $#*! can still go sideways, but I am hopeful for a smooth resolution of this issue

Dealing with Fragbuy is almost too good! Selection is the best, constantly restocking and the prices are amazing. Sure some of the other companies(PerfumeOnline, FragranceNet) are OK,but Fragbuy is the ruler everyone is measured against. And packaging! Did I mention that yet? Second to none! Over the last six months, I placed seven orders with fragrancebuy and acquired a total of 25 bottles. All the items came packaged perfectly and I've been able to start my perfume collection with several clone, designer, and niche fragrances available on their website. I'd definitely recommend fragrancebuy to my friends and will continue to use their website to fill the gaps I see in my collection! (Before I forget, delivery is also pretty quick: I usually receive my order within a week from the day I place the order here in BC, Canada)

I have bought a lot of fragrances from this merchant and so far I haven't had with any orders that were fulfilled. However, recently I have had 2 orders getting cancelled a few days after getting the confirmation. I realize sometimes items go out of stock, but if an order is confirmed, I expect it to be fulfilled.

The pricing is excellent on most products.

In today's day and age everything is online. If I had to make a website suggestion it would be to describe the fragrance example floral like other websites do. I had to rely on peoples reviews to have an idea of the scent. I believe it would in courage people to buy more new to them scents. I have ordered in the past but this is the first time I have had a problem with my order. One of my perfumes was damaged in shipping. I sent an email and it was replied to promptly with excellent customer service. I tell everyone about my positive experience. Highly recommend ordering from this company

Only place I could find an old perfume at acceptable price. Order was easy and delivery was in reasonable able time frame. Product came without damages and I was notified along the way when to expect the parcel.

Not happy with the perfume. I have used EDT Pasha for a long time and went to order EDP which seems to be really artificial.
Not happy with this buy at all, wish if i could return or exchange with other perfume. Think my money wasted.

I'm afraid I had a bad customer service experience recently. My fragrance was delivered to the wrong address. Within less than five minutes after placing the order I emailed your customer service informing them not to deliver at the checkout address. My instructions were ignored. Instead, my order was sent to the wrong address. Your customer service is poor. Why do you ask customers to contact you if they need help?

The fragrance arrived in perfection condition (the box was a little damaged, but it's hard to avoid that with shipping), and it was shipped and delivered really quickly as well, which is heavily appreciated. The sample on top of the fragrance was also a great touch, thank you.
Another wonderful element was the pricing, as the deal was unbelievable for the amount of ml, please keep up these types of pricing!
