Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
Good prices and selection, easy to navigate through their website. Slow shipping process at a high cost. If the overall time for an order would take 3 business days to deliver in the US it would justify the price charged for shipping.

This is my second order from this company and first at a new address. I was happy to actually receive this order at my doorstep instead of having to go to the post office to pick it up.
The scents I ordered were blind buys and both are amazing.
The delivery was very fast and unlike another site I used to order from who tried to deliver but failed and was returned, I will be ordering from this site again!

Admittedly I was a bit hesitant to buy outside of the US, expecting a very long time before getting my bottles.
Nope! Such speedy service and professional tracking and delivery.
And also on sale!

The prices have gotten pretty high as of late and any "VIP" sale that happens is shared to the general population via social media anyways, so there is no real benefit from being an eau addict.
It would be nice if we had access to sales before the rest and you'd have to be logged into your eau addict accounts to gain access to the sale.

When my order came with a faulty bottle, I was able to easily get in contact with customer service, and the next day they offered me assistance with my order. The products are authentic, and you know that you have the assurance that if you need anything, you can easily contact them and they'll quickly and efficiently offer you something to counterbalance a negative experience. I'll continue to order from them, as they have the best selection and most efficient services.

Service was efficient, communication clear. Since I'm in the US once the package was shipped I received an email explaining not to expect updates for a couple of days given customs. That was key for my peace of mind. Things went just like described in the email. Great communication, happy customer.

I always get my orders super quickly (between 1-3 days) and they come in the same great packaging everytime. My experience with this website has been great so far and it's my #1 website that I always go to when buying a fragrance, I just wish there was always more stock

Have ordered from this vendor over 20 times in the past 12 months alone. Had one hiccup with inventory issue, but customer service smoothed things over ASAP. Service is night and day over compared to other discount sellers. I have long since run out of room for any future additions to my fragrance collection but will still order more from Fragrancebuy

Always a great experience from these guys when I place an order. The only time I've had to reach out to customer service was because of a mistake I made myself. They responded quickly and addressed the issue immediately. Very impressed and will be a long time customer.

But I have some gripes.
Like shipping should always be free, if you spend a certain amount.
I know there is a reward you can redeam for orders over 100$. But this should not even be a thing if, let's say ypu spend 300$.

Ok, so I was sent a broken Dior Homme Parfum bottle that was cracked leaking all over my hands, counter, and clothes. I sent pictures and proof of everything. I purchased the extra insurance coverage if it's damaged. Well, they are telling me they can't cover it. I've emailed them I'd say 8+ times with no response. I've called 5+ times and left voicemails. The service is horrible and let's not hope you receive anything damaged.

It took over 2 weeks and my package still wasn't delivered. Super slow service but the blame is honestly on FedEx. Fragrancebuy was still kind enough to fully refund me so at least they have that going for them.

Firstly I love that FragBuy has an IOS app. Secondly the prices are top tier in terms of competition. I have had nothing but great buying experiences and quality scents.
