Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
I had been waiting on an item to be restocked. Received an email and ordered immediately. Was saddened to find the item was not what I thought it to be. I reached out to Customer Service, they were amazing. Informed me of the discontinuation of the item I thought I ordered, and the repackaging of the item they had sent, and gave me a future credit to use for the inconvenience. Amazing Customer Service as always.

I've been shopping at fragrance buy for a few years now, and i have NEVER had any issues with them. My order is delivered in about two days after I placed my order (i live in toronto). The box is well package. The prices have gone up a bit, but so has everything else. I only have good things to say about Fragrance Buy, if you want good authentic perfume, with good customer service, fast shipping look no further. Highly recommended!

Fragrancebuy.ca is the only fragrance discounter I trust. All of the colognes I have bought from them were real and have delivered in terms of performance. Before I discovered Fragrancebuy.ca, I tried another discounter called Joma Shop. I ordered 5 colognes and 4 of those 5 disappeared within 15 minutes of application. I'm not sure if the colognes were fake or defective. I never ordered from Joma Shop again. The only downfall of ordering from Fragrancebuy.ca is that it takes a while to get my order. I live in Nevada and they are based out of Canada.

I have been having bad luck with fake products and poor service from other discount retailers (Jomashop&Fragrance.net). All of the colognes I bought from FragranceBuy.CA smell the way they should and perform they way they should. They don't disappear 10 minutes after I spray it on my skin. This was my first purchase from them and there were five colognes in all. All five are genuine and I got them all at a great price!

Cinema YSL, a discontinued product, was surprisingly available at FragranceBuy. The delightful aroma brings joy and happiness. The price was reasonable, and the shipping was exceptionally quick. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Amazing selection of products; and interesting finds (sometimes rare ones)
The prices are much cheaper than big box stores and in-store perfumeries/perfume selling stores.
The shipping is decently fast (relative to where I live, which is in Toronto; for example, one week from placing order to receiving).
The con really is, if an item is popular, it will usually sell out and become out of stock.

I was very excited to buy a bond no. 9 dubai amethyst cologne from fragrancebuy.ca. This wasn't my first bottle so I'm very familiar with the scent. This is not the same dubai amethyst I've used previously. It literally lasts no more than 30 seconds when I've sprayed dubai amethyst 2-3 times and it lasts one full day. I compared this bottle from fragrancebuy to the dubai amethyst i have at home and they are 2 different things very disappointed and will definitely recommend not shopping here

Very sophisticated sweet warm vanilla perfume, it's love for me.
Compliment magnet. People will smell you & stop you & ask what your wearing. Long lasting 10 hours plus on my skin, longer on cloths. Just my opinion my observation. Definitely will buy again

I just placed an order for 8 fragrances, and due to travel timing, realized a day after I ordered that the order wouldn't arrive in time before I needed to return to my duty station overseas. I emailed Fragrancebuy and asked if I could pay for expedited shipping. They responded quickly and expedited my order at no cost! Ak$#*!a and Tara greatly exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service, and I have no qualms about recommending them to any fragrance buyer/collector. I recently purchased from Fragrancebuy for the first time and I am both impressed and very satisfied with my purchase and experience with the company. The ordering process was easy, there was communication throughout with my order and shipping, and my package arrived relatively quickly, considering I am in the US. My order was packed well and arrived without any damage or issues. They have a great selection, great prices, and I was able to order scents that were not available to me on other US sites. Although it may seem that the cost of shipping to the US is more than other local sites, when you factor in the money you are saving from sales tax and other fees, it is more than fair and worth the money. Highly recommend!

This is my second time ordering from Fragrancebuy. Overall it was a good experience. 1st time I ordered 6 fragrances and they all arrived in a decent amount of time and not damaged. This time I ordered 9 fragrances and they took about 2 weeks to arrive and not damaged. Only problem I have is that the first time I purchased 6 bottles I didn't receive not one sample. This time I purchased 9 bottles and only received 1 sample. It would of been nice to receive a few more samples to try out.

Fragrance Buy has good customer service and good products...and some time great discounted products.not all the time but some time the price can be better than other discounted stores. The good thing about fragrance buy they alway have authentic perfumes.and so far I haven't have any issue with the service. So keep it up Fragrance Buy...
