Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
I have purchased from Francebuy.ca so many times I have lost count. I have never had a negative purchasing experience. All of my purchases have arrived on time and without any issues. Proud to support a rock-star Canadian business!

Have been a customer of Fragrancebuy for several years. Their customer service is fantastic, very responsive and have helped a number of times in getting discontinued or out of stock fragrances.
The price listings are the lowest online and new selection keeps expanding, weekly.

It came within a week of purchase, the fragrance itself came in original box that was unopened. Absolutely love the scent, waiting to see it's performance in cold weather but it performs very well and lasts all day long with strong projection. Literally woke up the next day and the smell was faint but still there. Highly recommend this service and highly recommend Lattafa Khamrah. I'm going to purchase the qawha edition next

The experience with Frangrancebuy is perfect. However, I had problems with Fed Ex. They did not deliver the package at the times they indicated in the package tracking. I had to contact their customer service to trace the package. They sent me to the wrong distribution center. Then I had to pick up the package at another distribution center more than an hour from my house. It was a nightmare.

Atomizer was not working due to the fact that the bottled cap was not properly closed on the bottled and the shipping process probably damaged the atomizer. I decanted the bottle to be able to use the fragrance. The bottle was the tragedy of lord George, the bottle cap is not a standard perfume bottle cap, more delicate and prone to damage.

I have had several purchases from these guys. They have been very helpful and gone beyond what other retailers have done. I asked them to cancel one order so I could include a couple of things I'd forgotten. No problem. I've almost always found things that were hard to find elsewhere and if they were available elsewhere, their prices were lower. Price isn't everything but combined with great service, it makes for a great business.

When I pulled the cap off the fragrance, the part of the atomizer you press to spray the fragrance pop off. Once I put the part that fell off back on and sprayed the fragrance it was amazing. But the atomizer keeps coming off when I take the cap off. After using a few times the cap of the atomizer doesn't come off anymore and I'm pleasantly delighted with the fragrance and the customer service from Fragrance Buy.

The only problem with Fragrancebuy is the loyalty program. The more you buy, the more benefits you will get, however, you only are allowed to use one benefit per order, and receive a bunch of more benefits for the next ones again! Meaning you'll never get to that point to use your promos, and they are actually useless. Imagine you have 10 free shippings and 5 discount coupons. You can either use free shipping or discount coupons which is so weird.
