Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
Awesome fragrance. Delivery was easy and quick. The only thing is that on the bottle the label of the house was very faint and not completely visible but that's the manufacturer issue not FragranceBuy

Few days ago I wrote a bad review about a purchase I made of a perfume, thinking the product wasn't legit but thanks to the help of fragancebuy I found out that the perfume wasn't working good on my skin due to my ph. They did everything that was in his hands to help me and at the end the accepted the perfume in return giving me a complete refund! Even though it wasn't their fault. Way to go fragrancebuy! Excellent experience buying perfumes with them. THANKS!

I was very satisfied with my first experience with FrangranceBuy. Price was the best that I found. Even the box it came in was very nice and professional. The only issue that I had was fedex marking the package as delivered 3 days before it actual showed up at my door, but that had nothing to do with service I received through FragranceBuy. Will order again.

The shipping was WAY to slow. I ordered something from FragranceNet and Giftexpress... and the came a lot quicker. FragranceNet has had its problem with shipping. And I have never received a sample from you. FragranceNet and Giftexpress do it all the time. Just saying.

I'm still on the fence about the frag itself, it was a blind buy. But, fragbuy had a great deal on it. While shipping was not free, it was fast, and the packaging was excellent. Worth the wait from across the border.

Missoni Wave tester comes with no cap, it's a flashy magnetic cap that is a big part of the presentation. There is specification for any other of the testers out there, why was there no specification for this one.

Super impressed. A mere two days from the time I rec'd my "Back in Stock" email to the time I had my bottle of Tocca's Cleopatra in my hands. Beyond thrilled as this is NOT an easy fragrance to find and when one does, the pricing is usually astronomical. Well done, FrangranceBuy!

I have had pretty good overall experiences with Fragrancebuy.ca for most items. However, I ordered a fragrance that was listed as a tester but did not say "no cap" and was not pictured as such. I've ordered quite a few testers from your company and all had a cap. This is kind of a big deal to me since the cap is a magnetic cap. Missoni Wave was the product. I also cannot apply my free shipping earned credits as a member which seems pointless. Every time I try to apply the offer code it's rejected. I am in the USA. I also redeemed a stackable gift card and used sprays to do so and it was NOT applied to my order. Seems like as a USA member there are issues using my earned member credits.

Overall great experience. The price was very good and the packaging for shipping was impeccable. The $1 tack on for carbon offset(or whatever it was) was totally worth it, as my sample was amazing, and 20ml!

Fragrance buy is a fantastic place to buy online. They have very good price and they mail your fragrance very fast to you. Cedrat boise intense is an excellent fragrance with loud projection for the first 2.5 hours and loud sillage for the remaining of the day. It last 10+ hours on skin and days not to say weeks on clothes.
