If your package gets lost/stolen all they do is use scare tactics like you're a criminal. Not a very good feeling for a big spending customer like myself.

FragranceBuy is my go to for all my colognes. They are fast and they have every cologne I'm looking for. Even if it's not available at the time I'll receive an email letting me know when the cologne is in. If I have any problems or questions their customer service responds quickly. I appreciate that from them. I highly recommend Fragrancebuy!

I have been shopping at Fragrance Buy for about three years, have spent thousands here. There prices keep going up. The thing I hate the most is their reward system, it is so hard to use. I have only used it once and had to have help from some one at Fragrance Buy. They need to fix it, they need to make easy for people to spend their money, there missing the boat.

I have been ordering here for about 3 years now or more, and it has become my "go to" site. I always check in with fragrancebuy first, when I am looking for a fragrance. They have designer and niche, at competitive prices making it also a "one-stop-shop. Not always, but many times when I was interested in certain rare fragrances, and could not find them anywhere, once I checked on Fragrancebuy, they had it! I really do enjoy shopping here.

They wouldn't send me a replacement right away and expected me to send them back the item first before refunding me and expected me to place my own replacement order. Whenever this has happened with other retailers they simply apologize appropriately and just replace the damaged item free of charge without you needing to send anything back or refund you for it immediately because the fault falls on them and not the client and they ask for you to kindly send the damaged item back at YOUR earliest convenience. For the inconvenience they've given you by sending a damaged product these measures are what they consider the least they can do, especially when they claim 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Completely lacking in customer care and competency.

UPDATE: After this review they quickly reached out to me via email to rectify the issue. I did voice our that it was disappointing that I had to make my original review for them to meet me halfway with appropriate solutions. I am satisfied with the way we resolved the issue in the end.

I have been very impressed with FragranceBuy's products, their consistently fast shipping speed (often next day!), and most of all my interactions with their customer service team, which have been 100% genuine, helpful and kind! I am actually so pleased with my FragranceBuy experience, that I now wait for their products to restock, rather than purchase from other retailers. Like I said, 10/10!

Found some clones that I really wanted to try here. The prices are very attractive and shipping was fine (CAN->US ~ 1.5 wk). The box was well packed and I didn't end up with anything damaged.

Buying from here was an awesome experience. Process is simple, and delivery was very fast. Great prices for authentic products. Only downsides is that the shipping is expensive, so you may not save as much as you think. Also when buying a tester, the website does not notify if you will get a cap with the fragrance. It's a small thing but it is worth mentioning. Will definitely buy from here again!

I'd have to tally it up but have probably purchased between 50 and 75 bottles from FragBuy. I go where the deals are. The fact that they are also Canadian is just the cherry on top.

Fragrancebuy.ca is a great reliable site for fragrance purchasing in terms of authenticity and variety. My only concern is the IN STOCK Alert/Reminder system. There's a delay on notifications on out stock items that become available. Most times when I do get notification that something is back in stock it's already Sold Out again. Other than that I've been satisfied with the products and service as I use it them frequently

I ordered 5 bottles of 4 different fragrances. The delivery was before what was initially quoted and the package was pristine when it was delivered. All fragrances were new in box with intact plastic wrap. In short everything was exactly what was promised. Thank you I will be shopping again!
