I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.
I trust Fragrance Buy to have a nice selection of niche fragrances or affordable options and the shipping is fast so it's a no brainer when i need to re-order. Thank you!

I've been a repeat customer for just over 2 years now. In terms of online retailers that sell only fragrances, I've purchased from 4 online sites. FragranceBuy is the best by light years. Perfume smells like nothing! When I raised the concern I was told to return the bottle at my own expense and I would get a partial refund since it was opened! Very dissatisfied with the service.

Somewhat reasonable shipping times. Cost is pretty great. When I compare the shipping times to other companies it's wayyy faster than fragrancenet and other American sites but a couple days slower than jomashop and some Dubai sites. Considering it's coming from America/ Dubai and this is coming from Canada I would have hoped this would be faster but the up side is there is no import fees. Great selection however I find that they do run out of stock of popular fragrances faster and keep it out of stock longer than the other sites but I do understand they try their best to keep inventory up. Amazing shipping box along with packaging and at times they would bless me with a discount code that's more than 15% off which is pretty great. It's safe to say I've never had a broken bottle ever over the years. They do provide the best samples also as they will bless you with a pdm sample randomly. Everything I ever bought has been authentic also. Customer service is amazing when needed and they are pretty quick to respond. Overall a great Canadian company to shop at and an amazing spot to save money while smelling good.

My first time buying from Fragrance Buy was excellent, I will definitely purchase again. My Goutal Paris perfume arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I had been wanting the Un Matin D'Orage EDP for awhile as it is such a beautiful summery perfume. The shipping information was timely and concise as well.

I ordered Varakh Silver from Fragrance World and it showed up to me in South Florida much faster than expected. Especially after a hurricane. The scent was good and it came well protected in the box.

I have bought a number of perfumes over the course of the past few months. Stock has been mainly in stock. If not replacement is soon back in stock. Delivery is relatively quick. I heard about this website with very competitive prices from a few YouTube influencers who claimed that the website offers authentic fragrances. So, I made my first order from the website. I was still a bit skeptical when I received the PDM fragrance I ordered, especially after I noticed some differences with the PDM boxes I currently own.To cut the story short, I contacted customer service and started asking some questions. They were very professional, friendly, and answered all of my questions, explaining that PDM recently changed their box design, which was easy to double-check. In addition, they shared their knowledge and addressed all my other concerns. They proved the authenticity of their products first-hand.
