Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
Purchased my favorite perfume from Fragrance for a lot less than any store. It was exactly as described on the website. I have bought from them a few times and always a great deal!

I live in an apartment abd the buzzer code wasn't captured when.i ordered. Someone tried to call me and I wasn't able to pick up. No other attempt was made to reach me, even though my name is in the directory someone could have buzzed up that way. Instead I got a vague message that thd delivery failed and would be attempted again at some point. I had to follow up to find out how and when. This was my first time having a problem with delivery, but it was frustrating
Fragrance buy reached out about this issue. I certainly wasn't expecting them to, but I am grateful for the quick response and the swift action they took to acknowledge my concern and resolve the matter. I will not hesitate to order from them again.

Fedex delivered an empty package, unfortunately, the insurance does not cover business addresses, however they covered me taking the losses... i have purchased with them since 2021 and so far their customer service has been the best, i am really grateful to them for helping me even if it cost them financial losses, I will definitely continue buying! I totally recommend them ever!

I have had an exceptional experience with Fragrancebuy.com! I am a amateur fragrance collector and the majority of my purchases have been on this site. They usually have the best selection and availability and very competitive prices. My only wish would be free shipping, but I an in the US and they are based in Canada, so I totally understand shipping costs. Having said that, I do qualify for extra discounts and/or free shipping with their loyalty program, which is very nice and appreciated. I honestly start with Fragrancebuy.com first, before gong to other sites in my continuing search fro awesome fragrances.

This recent order was my 4th or 5th order, Whenever I order between 150-250$ but couldn't received any free samples which is kinda disappointing and for the offer just hardly get 5-10% off not more then that and most of the time products are.

Everything came perfectly as expected although the box for the eclair lattafa was a little beaten (which was concerning at first) but the bottle was perfectly fine.

I didn't enjoy my experience with Fragrance Buy. The cologne I bought was not a great scent. It left me with a headache. I sprayed the cologne once and didn't use it again. I reached out to customer service for a refund and I was told that I could return the cologne provided it was not opened… if it was opened there is a 20% fee taken from the price you paid for the fragrance. I was also responsible for paying shipping for the return. I ended up taking the L, by not returning the cologne because it wasn't worth my time. I based that on what I paid for the cologne. The funny thing is Fragrancebuy uses a third -party courier to deliver your orders in GTA, but if you end up returning via Canada Post, you're paying estimate minimum $15-$20 with the box the order came in. They don't provide a return shipping label.
Last thing, if you buy a fragrance at the store and you don't like the scent you can return the cologne and get a refund or exchange. Lesson learned for me… just not a good experience.

Not great, not terrible. Prices were reasonable, though they got me for shipping fees for 2 orders and ended up sending them together. Shipping took a long time, too. Live and learn. Not exactly in a hurry to buy from FragranceBuy again but I will if I have to.

Bought a number of fragrances recently and the experience has been nothing but amazing… From picking and choosing online until delivery it was smooth. Most of the fragrances were gifts to friends and family and all of them were very appreciated…. There are some good noses there who would have picked anything that is not legit or strayed from the originals…
