Fragrance Buy

First of all, I'm the one at fault. I placed a sizable (at least for me) order a day before the "Canada Sale" began. I didn't realize it was abt to happen but once I saw it and the discount they were offering and the free extras (candle, samples) I thought, well as many purchases I've made with them plus the amount of this order, surely they'll throw in a sample or two. Sadly I got nothing but what I ordered. Wishful thinking.

I have always received great service when ordering from this company (fragrancebuy.ca). Their products are good quality and arrives in a timely manner. Thank you Fragrance Buy.

FedEx told me package was damaged in shipping. And the product I ordered is sold out so there's no way to get a replacement. Sucks that things weren't packed with care.

Consistently great pricing, massive selection, fast shipping...what more could you ask for? I've never had anything but a 5 star experience with FragranceBuy

I wish you had more sales as a Canadian. I buy from FragranceNet and FragranceBuy both, the prices for certain perfumes are just less on Fragrancenet despite the US conversion. For a Canadian company, I just wish you guys were more competitive, hence the neutral rating. My expectations as a Canadian are just not met, hence the disappointment. Even the loyalty program is not really worth it, double/triple the points days during the month would help to boost customer loyalty. So you don't need to compare with other site. You can blindly buy knowing you have the lowest prices. The quality of the perfumes has gone down too. I ordered a cologne few months back, wrote to you about the quality, and instead of replacing it you gave me ways to boost the cologne with creams/mositurizers, or try and not put moisturizer to see if the scent changed. It's just not the way to respond to customers. I was in no way asking for a refund, just questioning the quality. The company is just okay, I wish it was more advantageous to customers pockets.

I have been buying from FragranceBuy recently and the customer service is unparalleled. The product offering is excellent as well. I will be a returning customer for sure.

As a 1st time shopper I was pleased with the ease and efficient service that I've received plus the extra discounts given before cash out was a big plus.

Decided to order from here for the first time as they were advertising free samples (plural) with each order. I ordered expecting to receive a handful or so of samples but they lied, it was a free sample (singular). This wouldn't be too bad if it was at least something niche but it was some random budget fragrance with zero reviews.

This is my first purchase from FragranceBuy I am very impressed with the service the shipping and quality of packaging the cologne is spot on and I also received a very nice sample with my purchase, I highly recommend FragranceBuy

Ordered a few perfumes but one of them is damaged and not authentic. Not much support from the team

I've been purchasing from you for 5 years and have bought around 10-15 fragrances. Your prices can't be beat but I feel like something happened with your customer service in the last few years. I'm not sure if you outsourced or expanded but it's not the same as it was. The first example was when I made a purchase and I was hoping to get maybe a sample or 2 like I previously had. When I received premium fragrance samples, in some cases I purchased them. The customer service rep told me they had no control if samples would be included or not. Understandable. Literally the following day there was a special to include samples. The second example was on during this year's sale. On June 27th I went on your website right when the sale started and I couldn't add the freebie or sample to my cart. I emailed at 945pm after trying numerous times and was told they couldn't give me a reason as to why I couldn't as in the past they have seen hundreds of orders in the first minutes. Again, understandable, but I was on the website right when the sale started and it still had the image advertising the items. Overall just disappointing experiences and doesn't leave me wanting to go out of my way to purchase new fragrances. Lastly, the way these emails are concluded these days with "have a fragrant day" and wishing a "happy and fragrant journey tonight" just seemed ingenuine. I don't want this review posted, I'm just hoping Gary reads this.

The fragrance and shopping experience was good as usual, but this time, Fedex decided it would not leave my parcel on the side doorstep instead requiring me to be present whenever they happened to drop by. I work like most folks during the day so bad news for me, they kept my bottle of Dior homme intense leaving me with a "we tried to deliver but you weren't there" sticker. No info whatsoever as to where I could go pick it up.
The folks at Fragrancebuy found the location of my parcel quickly, but I had to drive half an hour just to get to the Fedex warehouse where my fragrance was being held.
I bought many times from Fragrancebuy and it's the first time the delivery company won't leave my bottle at the door.
I will not buy again if I can't have my perfumes dropped at my door, this is a big NO NO! For me.
137$ worth of fragrance should not require a signature unless it comes with a 75" TV:-)

Edit: Fragrancebuy refunded the shipping fees. Thank you, I know this was not your fault but I appreciate your help. As for me: Fedex no more, I'll go with any other carrier available from now on

I have an issue with UPS where the package was being sent back and forth between 2 places. UPS said to contact the seller which I did and I am yet to receive a response.

I have contacted them before regarding a different concern about 6 weeks ago and have not received a response then either. Does not look paying the extra for insurance made a difference.

If you purchase from FragBuy, be aware that if you have an issue with your package you are SOL. I would rather pay extra and have peace of mind shopping elsewhere with better customer service.

2/5 stars because my other orders were mostly satisfactory.

My experiences with fragrancebuy are generally great overall. I just wish shipping to the US was a little cheaper and faster, but that's probably out of their hands.

I have made several purchases & and when I say several I mean SEVERAL! Either grab yourself a tester (some may come with caps) or go for the full presentation, you won't go wrong! I promise!

Am obsessed with fragrances and a frequent buyer. I just love this site, tried for the 1st time and gonna buy it again.
Save money and spread fragrance

I have been buying from FragranceBuy for the past few years and the service is always top-notch. I am always satisfied with my purchase and definitely. This is not gonna be my last time buying from them.

My first try buying from Fragrance buy and wasn't disappointed! It was the perfect blind buy and the delivery was so fast…beyond my expectations! Will definitely buy again!

This was my first purchase during the Canada day sale. Email communication was good and the package arrived surprisingly fast to U.S. I was underwhelmed by the one tiny sample I received after they advertised special doorbuster samples with this particular promo code but overall satisfied with the company.

It is always a good experience buying and dealing with Fragrance buy. They have a large variety of fragrance houses and there prices are good once n a while they will be higher on a certain fragrance but not t a brand g deal because it is not that much more especially when your talking about clone fragrance prices. There shipping is I think the best in the business not because there are fast( usually 7 to 8 days) but the way the ship there frags, I love there shipping boxes and all the foam peanuts they use. Secure is the word. Unfortunately they are usually sold out on popular frags. That's actually a good sign. There moving mass product. Bad for me because either I wait and hope when in stock I'm quick enough or it will sell out in hours. Or I go buy elsewhere. I would like to have Fragrance Buy my only Discounter, but I'm not a patient person. When I decide I want something, I do not want to wait. But I always go to Fragrance Buy first.

Fragrance Buy please start carrying the full line up of Dumont products Nitro, Ceilero, Bourjo, etc sorry if spelling is off. I know you do carry some but your one competitor ( will not mention there name). Has a huge collection of Dumont all there line up.

Just a great, painless experience shopping from Fragrancebuy. The packaging is great with a tamper seal with very fast shipping. I will be a repeat customer.

The main thing that I dislike about your company/ service is the fact that I'm in the United States and the prices and total cost of my order kept CONSTANTLY showing up as Canadian prices (which are considerably higher)! Seeing that almost made me cancel my order TWICE.

Prices should automatically be converted to USD EVERYWHERE on your site THROUGHOUT the entire ordering process once a U.S. address is entered, and NOT just at the very end after an order is finally placed. Many customers will see those "higher prices" and completely change their minds about placing the order.

Otherwise, the products are great, delivery fast, packaged well, and arrived safely.

I've gotten two hauls in the past two years and man… frag boxes are sealed, packaged for the greatest of challenges, obstacles and most importantly, bumps in the road! The shipping is amazingly quick to California. The goodies they throw in, let's you know these guys are the best of the best… and lastly, their selection is MASSIVE! Keep up the amazing work yall.
