Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
Came back from Paris in LOVE with this fragrance, and I'm so happy I found it on Frangrancebuy. This my 4th order from Fragrancebuy and it won't be my last... in fact... about to place another order. Excellent pricing on authentic fragrances with good shipping. I've never had an issue and confidently recommend this site for those wanting to build an incredible fragrance collection!

I am SO happy to finally own Rosendo Mateu No.5. Of the leathey spiced vanillas on the market, it's the OG and my absolute fave!
Fragrancebuy.ca is a go-to fragrance discounter. Great communications, great prices, well packaged and 100% authentic items. So glad they are a Canadian company as it makes shopping for us Canadians way more convenient. (No customs and not having to wait weeks for an order).

After seeing my comments below, FrangranceBuy agreed to refund my entire purchase amount. I was very happy to learn that they are attentive to customer concerns and would, based on this interaction and their bargain pricing and quick fulfillment of orders, purchase from them in the future.
Sent the wrong items. Asked for a full refund and was told that there was a 20% return and restocking fee (this was after I indicated that I was intending to purchase the correct item from the company!) Very poor customer service choice.

Great deals on parfums!
Would have appreciated to get more free samples to try. When you buy in other Boutiques, you can get about 3 free perfume samples, per Perfume Bottle that you buy. And this way, we might fall in love with other fragrances & buy even more… Shipping time was okay.

Still great prices that they're slowly raising but only in the hyped fragrances, things are mostly always out of stock, notification system is not truly notifying you because its first come basis, and they're no longer including fragrance samples when purchasing green care insurance. Still the best for majority of products but the angle at which they're declining is making me worry. Soon they'll just be like the other guys.
Julia from the fragbuy team reached out and offered information and some solutions that they are working towards. I really appreciate Julia for taking their time to send me an email explaining everything.

Bons produits tels que decrits mais le temps que ca a pris pour recevoir mon colis etait lent. Le livreur est venu mais eu lieu de le deposer devant la porte il l a repris. Il fallait les appeler et ils nous ont dit que l on devrait signer en ligne un document pour recevoir le colis sans notre signature ca a pris encore quelques jours. DOnc les delais etaient vraiment lents.
