Decided to buy a couple fragrances for this winter and I couldn't be more satisfied. Although delivery time was longer than my previous orders, I understand that it's probably because of the holidays. FragranceBuy.ca good as always!
I recently purchased a Creed Aventus fragrance from Fragrancebuy, expecting it to be authentic, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon comparing it with the same fragrance purchased from a high-end retailer, there are clear discrepancies: 1. Packaging: The box did not contain the signature Creed paper insert, which is standard with authentic bottles. 2. Perfume Level: The liquid level in the bottle was noticeably lower than it should be. 3. Overall Quality: The scent lacked the richness and longevity I'm accustomed to with Creed fragrances. I chose Fragrancebuy because of its reputation for selling authentic perfumes, but this experience has left me questioning their authenticity claims. This is very disappointing, especially given the premium price point. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they address these issues and provide assurances of authenticity.
I got an email in the middle of the night about a certain cologne that I've been searching for and couldn't find it unless I went to another country. Fragrance buy got it in and let me know about it and I purchased it on the spot! I Always buy from then

It came within a week of purchase, the fragrance itself came in original box that was unopened. Absolutely love the scent, waiting to see it's performance in cold weather but it performs very well and lasts all day long with strong projection. Literally woke up the next day and the smell was faint but still there. Highly recommend this service and highly recommend Lattafa Khamrah. I'm going to purchase the qawha edition next

People talk about how customer service "used to be" all the time. We can always chalk the expression up as the longings of a past generation, but some places really do reflect the service we hear about. Item arrived and was defective. The return process was also a joke. I was sick of spending time trying to correct the issue so lesson learned. Was excited for my first order and it was a total fail. An offer of a $20 gift card to correct the issue and keep the defective item. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I will stick with other sellers.
