Decided to buy a couple fragrances for this winter and I couldn't be more satisfied. Although delivery time was longer than my previous orders, I understand that it's probably because of the holidays. FragranceBuy.ca good as always!
I recently purchased a Creed Aventus fragrance from Fragrancebuy, expecting it to be authentic, but I am extremely disappointed with the product I received. Upon comparing it with the same fragrance purchased from a high-end retailer, there are clear discrepancies: 1. Packaging: The box did not contain the signature Creed paper insert, which is standard with authentic bottles. 2. Perfume Level: The liquid level in the bottle was noticeably lower than it should be. 3. Overall Quality: The scent lacked the richness and longevity I'm accustomed to with Creed fragrances. I chose Fragrancebuy because of its reputation for selling authentic perfumes, but this experience has left me questioning their authenticity claims. This is very disappointing, especially given the premium price point. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they address these issues and provide assurances of authenticity.
Lots of perfume collection to choose from, all great quality from what i ordered.
Some scent i tried from smaller off brands are too cheap and overpowering, just not good. Stick to known brands and its good

I've sung the praises of Fragrance Buy in general before (great selection, prices, shipping, customer service) so here I will compliment your "notify me" feature when a fragrance has sold out. For anyone wondering, it really works! I received an email alerting me that a relatively difficult to find Memo frag was now available, and I was quickly able to grab it. This is the third time, I think, this has happened. So, thank you for that! Received both bottles, securely packaged and in perfect condition. Now just waiting for cooler weather to wear them...

I ordered one niche fragrance and one back catalog old skool selection. Prices were great, and even though I'm in the US, I had them in just over a week. Everything came nicely packaged in a very sturdy box. This was my first time buying and was super pleased. You definitely got yourself a new customer

I always get the best price and stellar delivery with fragrancebuy. My #1 site for buying. I just wish there was more stock especially with bottles over 100ml which are kinda rarer but I get that's likely not in your control!

I didn't enjoy my experience with Fragrance Buy. The cologne I bought was not a great scent. It left me with a headache. I sprayed the cologne once and didn't use it again. I reached out to customer service for a refund and I was told that I could return the cologne provided it was not opened… if it was opened there is a 20% fee taken from the price you paid for the fragrance. I was also responsible for paying shipping for the return. I ended up taking the L, by not returning the cologne because it wasn't worth my time. I based that on what I paid for the cologne. The funny thing is Fragrancebuy uses a third -party courier to deliver your orders in GTA, but if you end up returning via Canada Post, you're paying estimate minimum $15-$20 with the box the order came in. They don't provide a return shipping label.
Last thing, if you buy a fragrance at the store and you don't like the scent you can return the cologne and get a refund or exchange. Lesson learned for me… just not a good experience.

Last year, it took a couple weeks for my orders to be delivered. I was impressed that it took days (not up to a week) from order to delivery in the US this time.

I received my order of 5 perfumes relatively fast. The package was carefully sealed and all the perfumes were in perfect condition.

Extremely disappointed to discover when we opened the fragrance that it was not the authentic fragrance.
I am quite familiar with the scent as it is a favourite and have bought it a few times before. I have an authentic one to compare with and this is not at all even similar - a cheap smelling knock off in good packaging.

I was a shopper at Fragrancebuy.ca but no longer. I personally cannot deal with a company that doesn't offer customer service. It all starts from the phone call that sends you to their "help" email. You leave a voicemail because there's no other option. VM left, then email let's hope they reach out. If it's a matter that needs to be resolved quickly, you will be quickly out of luck. I'm not sure if they are profiting from shipping fragrances then making the customer pay 14.95 to ship it back, instead of canceling orders, no matter what, is how it seems because there's no other option. Not very ethical in my opinion.
