Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
I am very impressed with all my purchases from Fragbuy. I am really impressed with the fast shipping and the packaging wow! Exquisite. They don't shipped your precious perfumes in a cardboard box like other online places. It is specifically made. The perfumes are all authentic and the price are amazing. I will continue to buy more perfumes, great website.

All items were shipped with care and were genuine fragrances. If you live in the US, please temper your expectations on shipping, as it took over a week to receive - which was fine since I knew where I was ordering from. Would definitely order from this company again, some of the best prices on the internet.

When i tracked my tracking number it was showing already delivered but i didn't receive my parcel, when i sent an email on helpline email address, i got reply after 3 days & the customer service staff send me a email, looks like an easy & asked me to fill the form, do other formalities & other things to do,,, i am a working person i don't have enough time to do this kind of stuff,,,,, other websites take action right away on customers complain but here they don't treat you as a valuable customer

Bought a bunch of fragrances, and when I tried to return one of them, found out the buyer pays for return shipping. I think that should be covered by the company. A little disappointing.

As someone who loves to save money and can't justify paying full price for a lot of the fragrances that are highly sot after, this site creates the best of both worlds. I love their selection of name brand fragrances, so many great deals I'm excited to get my collection of colognes started. Only annoying thing is waiting for the shipping to go through, but its worth it when you get to save so much. The packaging is very nice and professional, I'm recommending this site to my friends and family.

Was going to gift my brother a bottle before he left for his trip but received the wrong bottle size. Thought the exchange process would be quick but it wasn't. Had to send the bottle back and place a new order from scratch. Since the process was too long in my case, I did not reorder. They reached out and offered an apology and a coupon code for the inconvenience. Very helpful customer support

I am fairly happy with my cologne selections, though I ordered them Monday night and I had to wait until Friday afternoon to receive them. I'm so impatient - I wish the delivery service was a bit quicker but I had free shipping so maybe that's why. Overall I love fragrancebuy and will shop here many more times.

My first time buying from Fragrance Buy was excellent, I will definitely purchase again. My Goutal Paris perfume arrived promptly and in perfect condition. I had been wanting the Un Matin D'Orage EDP for awhile as it is such a beautiful summery perfume. The shipping information was timely and concise as well.
