I ordered perfume from FragranceBuy on several occasions. Everything has arrived at my door safe and sound, packaged well and in the time frame that was promised. I price compared to other discount fragrance outlets for the products I purchased, and found the best price to be at FragranceBuy. I appreciate the awards program. It's nice to know that being a frequent buyer has some perks.

First time customer with Fragrance Buy, and I'm very happy with the experience. Everything arrived safely, the boxes were all cellophane wrapped, and the perfumes were exquisite. Customer service responded promptly and effectively to a concern I had emailed them for. I have already placed a second order with them.

Love FedEx, they leave it at your door, instead of pretending they "tried" to deliver your package (while your at WORK of course). Then make you go get it yourself (UPS)! Fragbuy has the best pricing, selection and shipping options. Great service thus far.

Shipping and service was great. Unfortunately I did not like any of the fragrances so I will not blind buy again. Ambassador had no scent. Basically the same with Dunhill Icon and Imperia. They did not last more than a few minutes.

Quick service - even had a box for an unboxed item - team explained currency for purchases via EMAIL quickly and professionally. Prada luna rossa and ocean are very good fragrances. Oceans performance is avg.

Even though you are ordering from Canada and having it shipped across the border, there is never an issue with expeditiousness. I would recommend fragrancebuy.ca to anyone looking to save a little bread.

I have bought perfumes from Fragrance Buy a few times and I have had no regrets. My only reservation is with the shipping partner. I have had them delivered my perfume twice and both times I missed the first time because they tend to deliver at night. That said, after missing the initial delivery attempt, they said a message to confirm that they have the right details. However, there is NO way to reach them. The link to contact takes you to an unhelpful bot and they do not answer the phone. Please do something about them. Thank you.

Mail man delivered to the wrong house, not fragrancebuy's fault. I ordered on the 29th if August and received the package within 5 days. I expected closer to 2 weeks since it was coming from Canada, but was absolutely surprised when it arrived ahead of my anticipation. Well done. Excellent products, affordable prices, fast shipping, well trusted, fantastic integrity. Keep up the great work.

I had no idea! I thought all online fragranceries were the same, but I have come to find Fragrancebuy and I am thoroughly impressed! Real products, great pricing, fast shipping, lovely, thoughtful packaging, and fantastic customer communications. Every aspect was positive and now I have no need to shop around anymore! I always get the best price and stellar delivery with fragrancebuy. My #1 site for buying. I just wish there was more stock especially with bottles over 100ml which are kinda rarer but I get that's likely not in your control!

Ease of purchase and follow-up communication are top notch. But where FB really shines is when there have been issues (and these are rare) - their customer service is fantastic and this quality of support and peace of mind is why I love this store. Thanks FB!

Update:
After seeing my comments below, FrangranceBuy agreed to refund my entire purchase amount. I was very happy to learn that they are attentive to customer concerns and would, based on this interaction and their bargain pricing and quick fulfillment of orders, purchase from them in the future.

Sent the wrong items. Asked for a full refund and was told that there was a 20% return and restocking fee (this was after I indicated that I was intending to purchase the correct item from the company!) Very poor customer service choice.

I love getting fragrances from FragBuy. Their notifications when out of stock items are back on their shelves is awesome. I can save my wanted list and then shop at my leisure. Great shipping options and the loyalty program makes it worth coming back again and again.
I also love being able to shop in Canadian dollar and shipping from Canada.

Fragrance Buy offers some of the best prices in the GTA, along with fast shipping and excellent customer service. Doing business with them always leaves me with a good experience.

I order almost all my perfumes from this FragranceBuy. They offer fast shipping and very competitive pricing. Also there are ofter promos where you can save big on your fragrances. Customer service is amazing, they answer fast.

I was a shopper at Fragrancebuy.ca but no longer. I personally cannot deal with a company that doesn't offer customer service. It all starts from the phone call that sends you to their "help" email. You leave a voicemail because there's no other option. VM left, then email let's hope they reach out. If it's a matter that needs to be resolved quickly, you will be quickly out of luck. I'm not sure if they are profiting from shipping fragrances then making the customer pay 14.95 to ship it back, instead of canceling orders, no matter what, is how it seems because there's no other option. Not very ethical in my opinion.

Lots of perfume collection to choose from, all great quality from what i ordered.

Some scent i tried from smaller off brands are too cheap and overpowering, just not good. Stick to known brands and its good

As per customer I buy perfume from frgancey for long time the perfume are good &service 👍 but my comment on this is why I don't get more discounts or gifts to make us love been with you guys & also give recommendations to other friends that helps more I guess

I have yet to receive an bogus fragrance from them so far and I have 5-10 orders with a price tag of 250+ for each. Reasonable discounted prices with authentication products. You can't go wrong with the good people at fragrancebuy.ca

I ordered two products and it was packed well in a banded box with packing peanuts with safety tamper seal on the outside. The checkout process was simple and shipping was fast. Got exactly what I ordered at an amazing price. Definitely recommend and will buy again!
