Had a small issue with the delivery being late but it was resolved in the end, I was very happy to get my package today everything was in perfect condition very well packaged. Thank you.
Ordering was fine but I had to keep asking the delivery company where my package was. The driver even showed up, I spoke to him and then he said his delivery was for another address. Then I didn't get my package for a few more days after many conversations with them...not very happy at all with how that part went down.
I ordered the 2 fragrances (Polo Red Parfum & Invicto Victorious Elixir) that I really wanted, and added 3 extra 'cheapies', so that I could get shipping for free.
The items arrived in about 4 - 5 days. For reference, at the time of this review, I live in Pennsylvania, so I do not know if being in a U.S. State closer to Canada affects the shipping time.
All in all, I definitely recommend buying fragrances from Fragrance Buy, if you can, or if the fragrance you want is cheaper on it.

I'm always amazed at not only the selection, but the prices I find at FragranceBuy. Shipping is always fast and packaged extremely well. Hard to believe that I usually get my order faster from Canada than I do from some of the other suppliers in the states.

Items arrived great condition and on time as dispatch and shipping are quick. Items quality is top for reasonable prices that are difficult to get and all items are authentic. 4 stars instead of 5 stars only because usually a sample is included in the order with the fragrances and buyer protection. However, this time there was no sample included with the order.

Always seems to have I stock items. If they don't you leave your email and they will notify you when it's in stock, loyalty program is great, get perks like free shipping or 10% off. Never have to worry about "fakes".

The only negative experiences I've had is that I received 2 rancid perfumes and I had to send them back and pay for that. Also, that I wanted to include an additional perfume in an already paid order but had to cancel to do so. It took forever to get the cancellation which resulted in the perfume I wanted being sold out, I was extremely disappointed since it took many many waiting months for that perfume to be available. (Still unavailable now).
Other than that, very good client service experience, good prices and fast delivery.

Great product selection, competitive pricing, and the website is easy to navigate. If I had to nitpick something, it would be the shipping cost. At almost $12, it's a bit pricey! However, I do live in the States and understand shipping from Canada isn't cheap.

Déclaration is my signature scent, so this warm-weather flanker is perfect for end of summer. I have ordered several fragrances from Fragrance Buy over the past few years. Prices are almost always lower than every other site and shipping is very fast, even with customs processing into the U.S. My favorite onsite fragrance shop by far!

My first choice to check for a fragrance online. Excellent service and prices, just need to improve time it takes to ship out and also make free shipping over $50/60 for loyal customers. You are losing sales for that when people only need to make a smaller purchase.

I have found many hidden gems which are far below what I would have expected to pay. The shipping and delivery is always great as well.My only do that objection is that my points went missing and after contacting support and having been reassured to have them restored; they have not been restored.

I am, as I'm sure most people who find FragranceBuy.ca, a collector of fine fragrances. I tend to veer towards the niche and harder to find fragrances... My signature scent is Dior Homme Le Parfum... A scent that you cannot buy direct in the US! FragranceBuy saved me a trip to France by having authentic, in-date, perfect condition Le Parfum. They ship fast, their packaging is some of the most impressive of any company I order from in any industry, and their communication is great. I am a FragranceBuy believer!

Always a little trepidation when blind purchasing a fragrance online… especially when the site is not situated in the US… But I must emphatically say any nerves about it were foolhardy. FragranceBuy is amazing. The transaction, the shipping the delivery, the quality of authentic product, and the communication the whole way through was outstanding. Then to top it all off, the packaging the product is sent in and the care taken in wrapping the products was absolutely next level awesome! This is the best fragrance discounter in Canada. I live in Montreal, and I know from experience from the many orders I made, if I were to make an order today, it will come tomorrow, maximum after tomorrow. They are quick and have good prices. I even get samples of PDM, which is great. Thanks!

Glad I tried fragrancebuy. Tons of perfumes to select and I found many that are about 1/2 price compared to retail stores. I purchased 2 and both I'm super happy with. They're legit, came in the designer bottles. They definitely aren't dupes but the real deal as far as I can tell. Shipping was surprisingly fast! I expected them on a Monday but they arrived on the Saturday before so 2 days early. Can't beat that! Nicely packaged, secured/protected in a nice little box. I'm super happy with my purchases and will be buying more in the near future! Im from Canada and have experienced purchasing fragrances from American sites that display prices in Canadian... then when I saw credit card charges noticed higher prices due to conversion/shipping etc. Didnt have that issue with fragrancebuy so Ill be using them again. FragranceBuy often has the best prices and a huge selection of hard-to-find scents. I love the website and find the "Rare Gems", "New Arrivals", and "Wish List" features to be very useful. Shipping speed is always reasonable. I live in the southern US and usually receive my items in less than a week. The packaging is the best in the game and my bottles are always incredibly secure. I still think they deserve 5 stars for their selection and prices, but I do have a couple of suggestions on how they could make things even better. 1) Free shipping based on a dollar amount rather than # of bottles. I think it's silly that I could buy five $30 bottles and get free shipping, but still have to pay to ship four $250 bottles. 2) Extend the expiration of reward points to 12 months of inactivity.
