Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
I had some missing items from one order. It took one email to resolve the issue and fast

I have had an exceptional experience with Fragrancebuy.com! I am a amateur fragrance collector and the majority of my purchases have been on this site. They usually have the best selection and availability and very competitive prices. My only wish would be free shipping, but I an in the US and they are based in Canada, so I totally understand shipping costs. Having said that, I do qualify for extra discounts and/or free shipping with their loyalty program, which is very nice and appreciated. I honestly start with Fragrancebuy.com first, before gong to other sites in my continuing search fro awesome fragrances.

Fantastic company from top to bottom. Shipping instructions were clear and precise. I ordered from the US and they made it clear of what the pieces were and the process. Packing was fantastic. First of all, I'm the one at fault. I placed a sizable (at least for me) order a day before the "Canada Sale" began. I didn't realize it was abt to happen but once I saw it and the discount they were offering and the free extras (candle, samples) I thought, well as many purchases I've made with them plus the amount of this order, surely they'll throw in a sample or two. Sadly I got nothing but what I ordered. Wishful thinking.

The items came as described. The packaging was very nice to insure safe arrival. My only complaint is the shipping times. You'll be looking at about a week from the time you order for its arrival. But that's just first world impatience.

I sent two emails to them and they never responded. I called them because I got tired or waiting on a response by email (which never came anyway) and they sent an email in response to the phone call that didn't even help. The product was legit though. The packaging was 4/5. I'm just upset that I emailed them twice with no response. Definitely not cool.
*edit* Fragrancebuy reached out after I posted my review and refunded the shipping due to the inconvenience of not responding to the emails I sent and packaging. I do appreciate the shipping being refunded and I appreciate the company trying to make it right so I updated my review.

By far and large, this is the best fragrance discounter I have ever purchased from. Their prices are usually the best and the shipping experience is nothing short of excellent. The few times have had issues they have been stellar in resolving them. If their customer service does not change, they have a customer for life with me!

Not great, not terrible. Prices were reasonable, though they got me for shipping fees for 2 orders and ended up sending them together. Shipping took a long time, too. Live and learn. Not exactly in a hurry to buy from FragranceBuy again but I will if I have to.

I ordered expecting to receive a handful or so of samples but they lied, it was a free sample (singular). This wouldn't be too bad if it was at least something niche but it was some random budget fragrance with zero reviews.

I have an issue with UPS where the package was being sent back and forth between 2 places. UPS said to contact the seller which I did and I am yet to receive a response.
I have contacted them before regarding a different concern about 6 weeks ago and have not received a response then either. Does not look paying the extra for insurance made a difference.
If you purchase from FragBuy, be aware that if you have an issue with your package you are SOL. I would rather pay extra and have peace of mind shopping elsewhere with better customer service.
2/5 stars because my other orders were mostly satisfactory.
