Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
This was my first purchase during the Canada day sale. Email communication was good and the package arrived surprisingly fast to U.S. I was underwhelmed by the one tiny sample I received after they advertised special doorbuster samples with this particular promo code but overall satisfied with the company.

First time purchasing from Fragrance Buy. They had things I could not find locally so I thought I would give them a try. Easy to order from their website. Everything was spelled out in great detail with the order. Was a little hesitant at first just due to them being CA based vendor and the international shipping thing. No worries there now. Shipping was quicker than expected. Awesome communication through the process. Great purchasing experience.

The main thing that I dislike about your company/ service is the fact that I'm in the United States and the prices and total cost of my order kept CONSTANTLY showing up as Canadian prices (which are considerably higher)! Seeing that almost made me cancel my order TWICE.
Prices should automatically be converted to USD EVERYWHERE on your site THROUGHOUT the entire ordering process once a U.S. address is entered, and NOT just at the very end after an order is finally placed. Many customers will see those "higher prices" and completely change their minds about placing the order.
Otherwise, the products are great, delivery fast, packaged well, and arrived safely.

My experience with FragranceBuy has usually been good. But with this purchase, I had a shipping concern, so I called the support line. Every time I called I got a recording saying that no one was available to take my call. But the recording also assured me that if I left a message, someone would return my call. Later, I got an email, asking me about my issue. I responded that I preferred to speak to an agent, but no one ever called me. What this told me is that the recorded message is deliberately misleading, and that FragranceBuy has no intention of actually returning calls, as asserted.

I've gotten two hauls in the past two years and man… frag boxes are sealed, packaged for the greatest of challenges, obstacles and most importantly, bumps in the road! The shipping is amazingly quick to California. The goodies they throw in, let's you know these guys are the best of the best… and lastly, their selection is MASSIVE! Keep up the amazing work yall.

There's no way to go wrong with Fragrancebuy. The only time I buy retail is if I have points to use at a store that brings the price in line. I see the occasional person complaining but then see the response by Fragrancebuy to make it right. What more can you ask for. The points system makes for an even cheaper experience when you want to load up. Nothing I can say negatively.

Through numerous purchases in the past year I have never had any issue. All of the fragrances arrived on time, properly packaged with no damage. I've had to reach out recently to ask a question and follow up question and found their response was in a reasonable time frame and accurately answered. I will continue to use fragrancebuy regularly.

Delivery was smooth and easy. Packaging also great. Only thing was that the cologne spray cover is too tight and came apart. The cologne itself is weak and doesn't last long (but that's Burberry's fault I think).

I loved buying from fragrance buy. At first i was a bit scared they might not be authentic but I was wrong. They delivered me in 2 business days which crazy fast and the packaging was very well made. Box was opened and taped shut at the security tab and appeared to have been opened. Free sample box was empty and crushed and $300 worth of perfume was banging around loose in the box. Fragrance seems solid but overall the experience was lacking.

Dolce and Gabbana Light Blue Forever is discontinued and harder to find nowadays so I was so happy to see it on FragranceBuy. Never disappointed. Excellent pricing. Excellent product. Very quick to ship. Only wish the free standard shipping was based on $ value of the order as opposed to number of products purchased. Always have to factory that shipping charge if only requiring one or two items. Either that or more free shipping promo's might produce more orders, never know :)
