Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
Thank you for always providing excellent service! Arrived safe, with a great gift with purchase, too (part of Canada Day sale). Much appreciated!

Horrible! This is the 2nd time I've had issues with no help from FB. The 1st time the package was delivered to the wrong address and they gave me the run around. The 2nd time I ordered 2 fragrances and only received 1. According to FB their surveillance cameras show both fragrances were placed in the box. The missing fragrance must have fell out of a sealed box. They wanted me to send them a picture of the box. For what? FB will never get another dime from me!

I just recently started my journey into discovering the wonderful world of fragrance and have been watching tons of YouTube videos. Almost all the channels mention FragranceBuy as one of the best places to purchase fragrances. I fell in love with Guerlain Oud Essential. I searched on a few other sites to compare and still until now FragranceBuy always has the best price by far. I ordered it and was pleasantly surprised to see firstly how fast it arrived and secondly the packaging was impressive. Safe and very professional looking giving me even more confidence in my purchase through FragranceBuy. Overall, I can't be more happy and I can't recommend them enough, I'm obsessed. I'm now on to my 5th purchase and each time it's perfection. I'd love if they would add some samples as I have been buying quite a few higher end perfumes. I received one in my second or third purchase and loved it so much I ended up buying it.

This is my first purchase through FragranceBuy and was so pleasantly surprised with how fast it took to get my fragrance. My package arrived in this really great package keeping it super safe during travel. I opened the box and my perfume was in perfect condition, my beautiful bottle of Guerlain Oud Essential. Excellent variety. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to try a perfume without breaking the bank or being stuck with a scent that you cannot stand. You can spray the card and let the scent dry down to get a true scent experience. With the variety, there will be scents you love, scents you like and some you will hate. Well worth the money to try them out.
