Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
I was really excited to receive these two bottles and get my nose of them as soon as possible. The Intense man didn't necessarily blow me away; probably because I had another copy cat that smelled similar a few years ago. Not saying it was a bad scent but I had forgotten about the other copy cat I've purchased before so I didn't get that wow most get when putting their nose on Creed Aventus for the first time. Now the Milestone was a little underwhelming for me on the initial opening. I didn't like how it smelled on my skin with the first spray, but once it hit the dry down I found myself enjoying the scent. I may give it chance before looking to sell it.

Legit products for great prices! You can't beat the prices and the sales they have. On top of that, their processing and shipping time is faster than other fragrance discounters… even those based in the US. I also love that they have a rewards program that offers free shipping and discounts.

Not much to say. At this point I think I have purchased 10-12 of the fragrances I own from Fragrancebuy and I am very happy about it. Very quick delivery (even though I live in Texas), great packaging, original products, and best of all, best prices. I've spent so much, I would appreciate a little bit more coupons

Whenever I view YouTube videos of my favorite trusted fragrance reviewers, I look on FragranceBuy to check if they have it first. Since I know thousands of others do the same thing, many times it's sold out. But I like the option of getting on the waiting list. And they are good about sending out emails when the fragrance supply has been replenished, whereas others don't.

I was 100% satisfied with the whole process. The prices were fantastic, the scents were exceptional and the quality was legitimate. Although some websites do not sell legitimate scents, Fragrance Buy is 100% authentic. I will definitely be buying more from them.

I received all of the items ordered. All fragrances authentic. Delivery was fairly quick. I had an overall good experience with the site. The only thing is one of my fragrances came with a crooked label in front but I think that's more to do with the brand than the site. I will definitely order again from fragrance buy site.

And I can't but appreciate how low the prices are but the scents are amazing and just on point. They don't just smell good but lasts well, some even stays on the cloth even after washing them, it's that good! Gotta give them their flowers

I'm mostly satisfied with my shopping experience at Fragrance Buy. Shipping takes a while to reach me in the southern US, but I always receive my items in great condition and no issues. A lot of frags that I search for are out of stock, but most show up eventually. It's be great to get a notification when items come in stock again.

I was happy to find the perfume I like at FragranceBuy that was discontinued in the retail store and have received my order within three or four days. It was packaged with care, very professional service. I like this company and the fact that it is Canadian, no cross border shipping, no duties. Prices are also slightly lower than in retail stores. I will certainly use them again.

Fragrance Buy is my favorite site to shop for fragrance. The site is very well organized, easy to search with clear prices listed for each item, and good use of categories. Shipping is good even with the issue of coming across the border (Canada/USA) and that has improved over time and is now really good. Their Loyalty program is good, and the rewards make it worth signing up. I love the variety of products and hope they continue to expand if possible.

I ordered a bunch of items during a big sale. The confirmation email said that due to high volumes, shipments might be delayed. Nope! Got a confirmation of shipping within a few days and received my shipment from Canada within a week. I love ordering from Fragrance Buy.

I heard about this company over the internet and did not really know what to expect. I ran in to a problem with my first order and I found their customer service staff to be courteous and knowledgeable about the product. They took care of the issue I had in no time and the shipping was quicker than I anticipated. I like to smell great and stay within a reasonable budget and this company checks of both boxes. I had ordered from them a couple of times since the first interaction and I anticipate being a return customer.

When my fragrances arrived, and I was unboxing them I opened bad boy cobalt in the atomizer, and cap were broken i've emailed them, but they still haven't gotten back to me. We'll see what happens but everything else was good. The employee that emailed me back was really nice about it and he offered to give me a $20 voucher and when I asked him if he can give me a $30 one he gave me it without question best fragrance website to ever buy from.

Cologne was exactly the same even down to the box. The only difference was the name. Everything came quickly and packaged very well. So happy to have this scent again, since the original maker discontinued it. Very Happy!

I have used Fragrance Buy on several occasions and am to the point where I often wait for them to have something specific just so I can purchase it from them.
They have impeccable customer service and are outside the US so I enjoy not paying taxes. I had something rare break before it shipped and they replaced it, I also cancelled an order which they did for me without hesitation or issues.
Definitely the place I look at first for fragrances.

It delivered pretty quickly but the box was extremely hot when it got here. The perfume bottle itself was hot to the touch from sitting in the delivery vehicle all day. I hope this didn't ruin the perfume's scent or longevity :(
