Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
My PDM Layton was damaged upon receiving. It appears to have come from the factory with a broken sprayer. The perfume leaked from the bottle and the bottle was nearly empty. I hope there is no difficulty getting a replacement..

When I ordered I usually use the Shop app to track my orders but the tracking id was kind of separated from my order. The delivery guy ended up switching my package with the neighbors. And one of my fragrances came assembled with cheap glue so it was kind of falling apart.

Delivery took around a week but besides that the prices are really good and from what I can tell the fragrances are authentic and smell great. The packaging was also very nice and secure

The ordering process was easy. The item I wanted was out of stock, but I received an email when it was available. Shipping to the US was timely and accurate. Will definitely order again from this company.

The company did reach out to via email but it went to my spam box. They have addressed my concerns and I am happy with my purchase. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The bottled I ordered came in the most serious packaging I have ever seen to date. It was secured with packaging popcorn and a firm box. I was very impressed with how much thought went into shipping the bottle. I kept the box so that I may use it for something else.

I was watching for Khamrah to come back in stock and placed my order as soon as I was notified of the restock. I was happy to receive a shipping notice in just a few days and amazed to receive my order in 7 days! The perfumes were securely packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I am very pleased with my shopping experience. The only thing that would improve the experience would have been free shipping...I didn't need 5 bottles of perfume. But even so, the shipping I paid was worth it for such fast delivery.

When you are a part of the fragrance community, you become well aquatinted with the discount fragrance houses very quickly. When you have done business with the other fragrance discounters, and then bring your business to FragranceBuy, the experience is definitive. Have found that the perfumes do not smell as authentic and intense nor do they last.
I was given a bottle as a gift purchased at the Bay and it was not like the one I purchased from you. I've noticed this with two other perfumes Paloma Picasso and J'Adore.
It's disappointing and I would appreciate knowing why they aren't identical if they're supposedly the same product?
I see others have mentioned this and complained also.

I am so happy to have found your site. I love Boucheron which has been around for a long time and can be expensive ( my husband bought me a new one - paid $160). I bought the same bottle & size from Fragrance Buy for just over $50. Including taxes & delivery. The only difference was his came in a fancy box which ends up being discarded and mine came in a plain box. I'll take a plain box with a $110. Savings any day!

I think this is the best place to buy the colognes you love and those you want to try! Their prices are hands down the best across the whole spectrum of discounters and I have recommended them to so many people. I love the reward system and the notification process for colognes that are out of stock. I will be shopping here forever.

Good Quality and great price. Items arrived safe and were packed well. The were shipped with FedEx who can't seem to ever get their expected delivery date to update correctly, but that's on FedEx. FragranceBuy did their job.

I received my order for the 125 ml tester from JPG le mâle and it smelt off at first. Luckily, it was just the cap that had a weird, insect repellant type of smell and it smelt GREAT the next morning. Minty, vanilla and lavender are the main notes imo.

I've been with FragranceBuy for close to 10 years. So far, so great. They have never once let me down.
When an item was defective (manufacturer defect), they paid postage for me to send it back. (Keep those papers at the bottom of your box).
They refunded. No problem.

There is a very strong alcohol smell to it even after multiple uses. Fragrance Buy reached out to me, and offered to return the perfume for free and a full refund. Customer service is very good, and i will for sure try out another scent.

I was worried with it being so close to Christmas that the items I ordered would not make it in time. Most stores were sold out and the ones that had these items were severely inflated price wise. I received my order in three days and the price point was excellent.

It took about a week to arrive, but when it did I was pleasantly surprised. It was shipped safely and when I popped the top and smelled my first spray, I felt like a rockstar. Still no compliments, but I've only worn it out once. I guess we'll see in the future.
