Fragrance Buy

I have just received my order #FB*******, since i live in the Caribbean and i normal utilize a courier service for my area, i received an "obviously very used" 100ml tester of the Narciso Rodriguez fragrance with no plastic wrapping or cap (none of which was stated on the site) this item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my brother in law. I am sure you'll agree that gifting someone an obviously partially used up fragrance is literally ridiculous. Now i am stuck with an item that i personally did not want, and more or less cannot return for logistical reasons.

The courier who delivered the package from FragranceBuy did not follow my delivery instructions and it resulted to theft of the package. The incident was recorded by my surveillance camera and I immediately reported it to customer service through email and I got refunded within a week. It's awesome that the FragBuy team offers protection to their customers on incidents like this. Thank you FragBuy Team!

I have buying my fragrances with fragrancebuy and 1 thing for sure is that the have legit and original products which is the most important when you buy fragrances so buying with fragrancebuy you have a peace of mind.

Where else can I get a massive discount because a cologne is missing 5% of its volume or doesn't come in a box?

I am going through a blue craze and picked up Azzaro Home, Torino21, Azur, i am not reviewing particular scents here but will say it was delivered in perfect condition and timely.

Prices that are hard to beat fast delivery and very heling and understanding staff had problems on my first orders that were completely on me and the staff helped through it and even followed up until it was resolved.

The quality of fragrances (over 10 bought) is nothing what I expected from their reviews. It seems highly unlikely that I got the 'bad batches' of almost every single fragrance I ordered, when all these fragrances were so highly reviewed; and since I placed 3 different orders of over 10 fragrances, it cannot have been that I was especially sent only the bad ones - so I have to conclude that "poor quality batches" are the ones that are usually stocked by FragranceBuy, possibly at steeper discounts from manufacturers. Highly disappointed!

Ordered 3 products, of 2 were blind buys.
They were all excellent. Only wished Fidji came in a bigger bottle, but it only was in 50 ml. Same for the J'ai Ose. Demeters Pink Lemonade was in a 120 ml, so that one will last me through the summer. I'm pretty happy with the way it was packaged too, loved the tamper proof box. Thank you and will order again.

I've been purchasing Givenchy Gentleman for 45 years. It's the only fragarance I ever buy. I bought one from you several months ago and it came in the familiar black box with cellophane wrapping. The one I just received from you came in a bigger white box with no wrapping and it says 'Tester- Not For Resale' on the box. I'm not sure what that's all about and I don't know if it will even have the same fragrance. I will be hesitant to purchase this from you again. Yours truly, Bill Frisque
