Fragrance Buy

I usually get my stuff the next business day as I've placed 4 or 5 other orders in the past and live quite close to the fragrancebuy warehouse. Although there was a blackout on the 2nd of February which may have disrupted the system of the new courier they are using it still took way longer than usual. I placed the order on the 30th (Monday) which admittedly was very late at night and did not receive my order until the 3rd (Friday). It would have been nice to get an apology in the box with some free samples. It will be a long time before I use them again.

Ordered 6 fragrances and 3 of them were unbearable because of the smell. My Club de nuit intense man limited edition, Club de nuit Milestone, and Club de nuit Sillage were terrible smelling.

Ordered a bottle of cologne and the bottle was damaged fragrancebuy reached out to me and made it right and then some I couldn't get over how quick their customer service team was to reach out to me hands-down the best customer service I've ever experienced during online shopping.

I was away for my office work and could not pick my FedEx order on multiple occasions. I requested FedEx if I could pick up at any FedEx later in the day when I was available. I was told that shipment instructions don't allow them to store order at any of their locations. This was a painful experience when it comes to shipment and I was not able to pick it at any of my locations.
I am wondering if in the end, Signatures are not needed why can the packege not be held at FedEx locations on request of customer?

Everything arrived on time. All fragrances arrived in good condition. I blind bought all the frgrances based on reviews and I am happy so far. Don't get me wrong, Hawas is an amazing summer/spring scent. It opens with a blast of fruitiness, with the green apple being the most prominent. You then get a wave of aquatics, followed by the dense sweetness of the plum. As it dries down, it gets a bit spicer from the cardamom, but overall the fruitiness/sweetness is what you're mainly getting. All that being said, I do find that the performance and projection is lacking, as for me at least, the projection is relatively weak, and I get about 4 hours of longevity before it becomes a skin scent. Overall, solid scent, especially for the price, but tiktok overhyped it. 7/10

I have ordered ormonde jayne and carner barcelona. The ormonde j bottle broke and spilled. Have emailed customer service and got a response next day. They had refunded me approptiately even with the tax. I am very impressed with the prompt service with fragrance buy.

Great experience all the way around. I didn't understand the Canadian vs US prices, was confused after checking out. I sent a email, they responded quickly and explained everything.

Armaf untold gets extremely close to BK540. The only difference is that the armaf is more linear. Funny thing... with BK540, I tend to get nose fatigue, and I can't perceive it after a few hours; not with the Armaf. The armaf stays fairly noticeable beyond the 8 hour mark.

Everything came in perfect condition, and the packaging was very nice.
