Everything went as planned. The service is good the website seems decent to navigate through. My only issue is at the beginning of completing an order. (unknown) delivery time. Basically your in the dark after you make a purchase waiting for your order without any idea of time of delivery. This is probably the biggest reason people use amazon because you get delivery dates and it's usually within 1-2 days. If they had faster more accurate delivery dates this site would almost be perfect

I love Fragrancebuy. I've bought hundreds of fragrances from this site and I am very happy with the quick service and I had great customer service over a faulty bottle of Boss Bottled Oud Aromatic a week ago. However, Fedex is a terrible carrier. The boxes
Go through serious abuse. I ordered Ababian Oud Rasala and it arrived with the feather broken off from the cap. It was a 150 dollar niche fragrance. I realize that the design is dainty and the juice is what matters. But ultimately it is Fedex and their amateur handlers that put orders at risk which all contributes to rising prices. So I'll just do my best to repair the cap. I'll keep buying- but I won't be buying niche from Fragrancebuy unless the bottle design is solid or they use a better carrier. Thanks Fragranebuy. Here's to much success in 2024!

I have ordered several fragrances from FB.ca and have never been disappointed. One time I was even very pleasantly surprised to find some unique niche fragrance samples included with my order. The service is prompt and the packaging is very secure and safe. With my most recent order, I was hoping to receive it by Christmas, but having placed the order on the 17th, I totally understand why it arrived today. We had also just gone through a bad winter snow storm on the west coast. Bottom line, I love the selection of both designer and niche fragrances FB.ca carries. The service and delivery are great too. Shipping took a LONG time. Why order here & pay the expensive shipping when I can get my fragrances from other discounters within 4 days with similar to better price. It doesn't stop there, when I got my fragrance the cap broke off immediately! So now, I cant enjoy it at all. I've never had theses issues and wait times anywhere else. I own 50 fragrances all from other discounters and the ONE time i decide to order here this happens. Blows my mind. Also scratches on my bottle when it's supposed to be brand new? Just a bad experience.

The process was very simple! Website is very easy to use and I've downloaded their app. Now for the good news. I placed my order Friday night. Received notification the next day that it had processed for shipping. Received the order in 5 day's from Canada! Very fast! Great care, excellent prices and wonderful updates on my shipment.
