Very good prices, products and delivery. My only issue is out of the nearly 30 bottles I've bought from them 1 was damaged but I didn't return because stock was low. But overall my favorite discounter for frags!

I wasn't thrilled regarding some of the quality of certain brand items I had received and after being in contact with a customer care representative from fragrancebuy they really have done a fantastic job to assist in a return process that was made easy by them and their customer care support. My experience with them regarding this has been on par with companies like Costco. I have not ever experienced this type of quality support from other online perfume sites I have purchased from if an issue had arisen. This experience has really caused me to feel fragrancebuy does care and treats their customers appropriately and fairly. Even tho I'm here in the united states they have made processing the return simple and easy without any hassle. It's good to know that they stand behind their customer appreciation and guarantees. This is also a rare occurence considering I am extremely pleased with my many existing previous purchases from fragrancebuy. There spray program is a nice edition especially if you're a hobbyist purchasing fragrances on a regular basis. Thumbs up to Fragrancebuy!

Had a few things in my cart and upon checkout they went out of stock which wouldn't bother me other than it was a limit of 5 which is absolutely rediculous it should be limited to 1 or 2 per customer. I really dislike that fragrancebuy allows such a high limit for a fragrance and it sells out in 2 days. Anyone buying a limit of 5 is likely selling them on ebay for more money. Also got a couple items that are performing so weak that I think they're something wrong with the batches possibly cause they're so weak. I would return them if I could. Probably 3 items out of the 16 I bought. Every other item seems to be great tho.

Deep discount on top of already reduced prices. Only thing I don't like is the shipping cost. I'm in NYC and it has to cross an international border, so I get why it can be pricey. However, if you earn enough "sprays", or you buy five or more items, you can get free shipping.

My only complaint would be the 5 in cart for free shipping lol! Amazon has me trained that any purchase over $25 gets free shipping. They aren't in Canada though. Real fragrances at a great price!

I found out about Fragrancebuy on YouTube. I was originally skeptic because the prices seemed too good to be true, but then I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad i did. I have ordered several fragrances from this website. All are 100% authentic, and always arrive in great condition. They also have very fast shipping (coming from Canada to the states), and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with fragrancebuy. Ordered high end cologne and everything was legit. I made sure to read a lot of reviews before ordering and you can believe the good ones. Shipping was unbelievably fast (Ontario) and I received my order next day. I made three different purchases and all went very well without issue. Will definitely be ordering again.
