I am amazed by how fast I receive my items purchased. So easy from the click of the button to your doorstep. Your ratings is up for that. Also the on point updates is nice touch as well. No need to track you stuff cuz they already keep you posted. Items came well packaged and brand new.

Always there is something wrong has to be there with every single order, fake advertisement which said something and charges us something else away experience. I give a lot of chances for them to treat us nicely and fairly, but unfortunately they kept doing mistake and looks like they got enough customers and they don't care anymore about this business and us.
I am tired of keeping sharing my bad experiences with them, and I couldn't see any progress in the way we should be treated nicely and fairly

I have purchased many many times from Fragrancebuy Canada. Their prices usually can't be beat. I buy a lot of niche fragrances which are much costlier than the designer brands and this company's prices for those usually cost less than designers in the US.My only gripe is that they use FedEx which from my experiences have been a terrible shipping company. I will continue to buy from them.

I do love ordering from them. The prices are very good. Pretty much everything I want to purchase is in stock. Shipping is quick, usually 4-5 business days with accurate FedEx tracking and the fragrance is packaged in a secure box so breakage isnt a concern.

This site offers a great selection of niche and designer fragrances. My only gripe is that you top out on the rewards program it stops being as useful. I feel like I should get more offers and deals considering the obscene amount of money I spend on the site.

Heard a lot about this site from youtubers like gentscents & chaos fragrances so I made my account but I was still skeptical about shipping times but I went ahead and went through with the purchase and I'm glad I did ordered on the 28th received my order on the 2nd. So if you're looking for good prices and decent shipping this is the site to come to.

This is probably the best cologne Gucci ever made for Men. Sad it's been discontinued but its best in my opinion. I hope you guys keep stocking this and many other colognes. The price is great.

A few years back I wasn't overly trusting of online perfumers. Concerned with the services provided, the item quality, and the authenticity of the products, even their shipping practices. Then I finally found and researched appraisals of Fragrance Buy and of I went down by fragrance journey. I quickly found that it was often difficult to beat their abundant selections and their prices. I don't live close to any major centers, so shipping is of great importance. And FB had never after so many purchases have I had a complaint, and any questions or concerns have been rapidly addressed and quickly resolved by the attentive team. I am very happy with my experience. The shopping process was great, solid prices, amazing selection, and shipping was fast and very safe (the glass bottle was super well secured, there was almost no way that was going to get damaged in transit).

In general this is a decent place to get fragrances at a discount. However, if there is a problem with your order, or you want to add or subtract something post order, good luck. In a time when technology enables shoppers to do things they haven't been able to do before, FragranceBuy does not allow you to add items, remove items, apply a coupon to an item, or combine items for an advertised discount without cancelling an order and having you replace it. Really? Is it that difficult? If so, they need to update their system. I have been in ecommerce for 20 years and I KNOW that most modern-day fulfillment software packages that tie into websites allow you to EASILY do these things.

Good products, good prices, but don't expect any help if something goes wrong (for me a valid, advertised coupon was not accepted - and I was told to place a new order which resulted in my having to order 3 bottles of the same juice to get the discount) you are likely out of luck.

At first I was a little hesitant on buying from the site but I googled reviews on the site and decided to give it a try. They had a fragrance I can't get in store anymore, I ordered it and got it expressed shipped a week before Christmas. With bad winter weather it still got to my place in good time. I was excited to find it was the exact same one I use to wear. I will definitely buy from them again :)
