This is a great company! The website is great and easy to navigate. I've ordered countless times and the shipping is fast, packaging is secure, and items are authentic. Great place to find hard to find fragrances. The customer service is great as well. If you have any issues small or big, they get back to you quick! And resolve your issue. (By the way I had a minor issue with my rewards which was easily resolved). That's how a company should be to provide excellent customer service. They really care about their customers. I absolutely love Fragrancebuy.ca compared to every other discounter, they are the best. By far in my opinion. Best prices, shipping, etc. I haven't had an issue yet so I haven't had to experience their service but I'm sure they are great too. And the way I see it, it's a good thing that I never have to speak to customer service for anything. The only problem I have is… they keep taking my $$$ lol.

For the price I usually get 2 perfumes, I got 6! (3 Testers and 3 brand new ones). Now my wife and I won't need any more perfumes for the next 5 years!
The only downside I experienced is waiting over a year for my favorite (Rochas) to be in stock.

My order of PdM Kalan, Godolphin, and Creed Imperial arrived today, and all seems ok however the bottle of creed was not sealed and /or wrapped in cellophane. Leaves a guy wondering if the bottle was preenjoyed... although, after looking into it i found out a lot of creed products dont ship sealed, so other than that, fragbuy is AMAZING!

I discovered FragranceBuy when I started getting into fragrance and they have been awesome. The only issue I have ever had was a leaky nozzle that they quickly offered credit for (response time was fast too).

Before I discover you I was buying fragrances in american websites, they are good but you are just better, the variety of the fragrance offered, the website itself,your promotions, the point system and the discounts you offer, to me you are simply my number one option when I'm looking to buy a fragrance, I only had one problem with a missing fragrance in my order but I understand that was related to the carrier and not to your service or organization procedures, keep the good work and keep offering the best prices.
