Took 4 days to process the order then another 4 days to pick the order. Multiple emails sent to get a response. Sent two wrong items. I would definitely not recommend ordering from your site.

Amazing boxing day deal on Hermes jardin a Cythere. I couldn't recommend FragBuy enough. Website doesn't necessarily look good but fragrances are legit and customer service is amazing

I usually the perfumes the next day I order and always well packed and always correct items that I order. I would say email communication is not effective and most of the time I can only leave voice messages

Do not buy tester perfume bottles. They ship used bottles with missing perfume. The bottles are supposed to be new, unopened with a missing cap not missing perfume.

I was satisfied with three out of my four of the offerings that I ordered. I purchased Valentino Uomo yellow dream and I received Valentino Donna yellow dream for women. After a little bit of back and fourth. A gentleman by the name of Larry got back to me. He realized that the website had the mens fragrance advertised when they only had the women's available in that size. He had the warehouse manager ship me what I ordered in a larger size the very same day for no additional cost along with a shipping label to send back what I received in good faith. He was very helpful and because of his due diligence and good faith I will definitely be a customer a customer for life!
