Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
Tester bottle is leaking, it seems due to the atomizer not sealed well. However, they are welling to fix the situation.

The package of de parfum and toilette came like Ashanti said - Always On Time, and the price was great and I feel good when I, like Lil $#*!y said, $ave Dat Money, with FragranceBuy, yuh heard!

This was my first time using them and I'm very pleased. The shipping packaging was first rate, they got it shipped the same day and I loved both the fragrances (even though that was not them but Xerjoff but I figured what the hell and added that to the review too). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. WAY BETTER first experience than with Parfums Vintage. I HAD A TERRIBLE first experience with Parfums Vintage but they have the best clone of The Tragedy of Lord George so I only buy that one item. Don't hesitate to give this company a shot. I've been looking for another company to buy stuff when Fragrancenet is out and I found a GREAT companion service.

I find a lot of amazing deals on this app, but I do have a hard time with the limited selection and slow restocks of items

The best fragrance site, with great deals. I highly recommend them for the great variety they offer. Prices have gone up in cases, perhaps correcting previous oversites (Bottega Venetta Tester) and in some cases due to supply and demand, trending hidden gems have gotten more expensive. The reward program has changed, 100 points get free shipping but you must spend 100 dollars... Not great, it was 200 pts for free shipping at any purchase point before. The last issue is that free shipping does not include Canada Post, it also cost way more to ship with them as an option. For myself personally FEDEX and UPS, or any random courier for that matter are terrible where I live, they rarely deliver, I am usually here for the delivery but they don't bother, just post a pick notice at our building entrance. To add, pick up is not at all convenient, way out of my way and requires driving and waiting in lines and then having the staff struggle to figure things out as they are not employed by these couriers, it's a side gig with apps and their own systems. Canada Post arrives at the same time daily, always uses our intercom and if I am not here I can walk to a genuine Canada Post outlet and get my package in no time at all. So while the problem is not on Fragrance Buy entirely, these changes have made me shop elsewhere, and ultimately they have lost me as a long term customer who has spent thousands of dollars to date. Sometimes the small changes end up being much bigger than one realizes, and that Canada Post shipping cost wipes out pretty much any bargain being offered.
