I like purchasing products from Fragrance Buy. They do a great job of making good quality fragrances a little more affordable. My only quibble would be that I think they should offer free delivery, at least for orders over $100 or $150. I've order many products from them and they've always arrived quickly and in good shape.
I've been consistently impressed with the cologne selection and prices offered by this website. Their range of authentic colognes is fantastic, and the prices are among the best I've found. However, my satisfaction is marred by recurring shipping issues. My most recent order was supposed to arrive two days ago, but it's still stuck in another state. Despite creating a ticket and contacting the handler, the delay remains unresolved, and there's no clear explanation. This ongoing shipping problem has been inconvenient and frustrating, overshadowing the otherwise positive aspects of the business. I hope they can address these issues soon to improve their overall service. **Update:** Fragrancebuy reached out to me and threatened to deactivate my account after I posted two honest reviews for separate orders. They also asked me to revise my review. That speaks volumes.
It didn't take long for me to discover fragrance.ca. Wow! - I got both of my orders earlier than expected and everything was fine. In my short experience, I've been unable to find another merchant with lower prices than yours. Thanks so much and keep up the excellent service. My wish list and cart are being loaded now for my next order.
It has a good collection of fragrances, however, I am not able to see latest trending collections especially middle eastern clones. Most trending clones are available in US based discounter sites which is difficult to get by in Canada, need improvement in getting those clones available for Canadians. Also, some fragrances are sold out within 1-2 days and takes a while to restock. Overall a great site to buy fragrances at discounted rates but need improvement in terms of inventory.

Very simple really and thank God for that as I am not a technical person. Found what I like easily plus a bonus sale on Cuban. Made my order and received confirmation by email and a tracking code which I find myself checking daily. Not much to do being retired. Followed the order daily and received it when they estimated it's arrival. Excellent packaging as always and my wife gives me hell for not wanting to throw the boxes away. Lol...great work guys.

As a first time buyer, it was easier to navigate throughout the website! FragranceBuy has a mass variety of Fragrances to choose from and I was able to pick up Ultra Male! I would considering buying again! Unfortunately due to social media and trends, Jean Paul Gaultier fragrances are mostly out of stock and is hard to buy, I have signed up for notifications for restocks but haven't received any email about restocks. I would totally recommend FragranceBuy to friends and family and would considering buying anytime soon!
They're helpful but sometimes price changed in cart…
On their site, they have the prices listed. As soon as you add it to the cart, And then go to check out the price go up. Not to mention, I had over $40 worth of coupons, and when you apply, then it doesn't count at all. It's just a scam to lure you in to buying something
Waited over a week to receive my package. I signed for my package and left the FedEx paper on the door. And then they didn't even drop it off and now I have to wait even longer. The shipping is so incompetent. And I miss a timeframe for my gift.

This is a great store, with some of the best prices and fragrance selection. This is a great option instead of retailers to get your hands on popular designers or exclusive niche frags. Their costumer service is great and haven't had any issues with shopping or returns, they have always been friendly and helpful, and shipping is always good and prompt. Fragrance Buy definitely exceeded my expectations.
