Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
The BOGO discount was applied to 2 lowest priced items, not alternating like in any other store. The second most expensive item should have been discounted. No free samples included as promised. The only reason I ordered from this store is once specific item which was in stock.
I've been a customer for quite a while and always happy with the experience. Discounters spoiled me so much that I'm not paying retail prices anymore, it just doesn't make sense to pay double of how much frags cost here. Love it!

I've had basically no issues with Fragrancebuy. All of my packages came in good condition and the fragrances are legit. The only thing I could complain about is that not every order comes with a free sample lol. Definitely one of my favorite discounter websites.

Boozy, masculine, dry, spicy, warm, smoky, and oriental all expertly blended into an unforgettable fragrance. Designed for the mature man. Long lasting, powerful and for me, good as a signature scent year round if you dial down the sprays a bit in the summer. In the parlance it a legitimate beast! It's pricey so try before you buy. I bought 100ml bottle after my first spray from my decant. Easy 10/10.

All items received were authentic and they arrived on time. However, two of the items I ordered came damaged. I'm not sure if this is Fragrancebuy's fault or FedEx's but that was the only issue. Everything else was great.

Shipping cost are very high and even tho I love the website a lot of times I rather buy from eBay cause shipping is included in most of the fragrances they sell and becomes cheaper than getting it from you guys

I always get my fragrances safe & sound with Fragrancebuy! Shipping can be a bit longer than others (since it ships from Canada), but I think it's an extremely fair tradeoff since they have an unmatched selection, great prices and very smooth customer support. I'll always try to order from FB first.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! It's impossible to reach anyone over the phone, emails are not answered it takes 5 emails to get one back, if any. I had issues with receiving my package, I basically didn't get it although they sent me photos of the package being delivered moments later when I arrived at my door there wasn't anything. I submitted a stolen package form to receive a refund or even just have the products sent again, but no one has been getting back to me. If anything goes wrong with your orders they will claim they're "'not liable" instead of doing anything to help. Do not order from here! I paid $495 for perfumes I didn't receive!

Shopped Fragrancebuy several times with excellent results. The one time my package was stolen (though no fault of theirs) the excellent customer service promptly issued full refund. Definitely will use again.

Upon opening the package I was quick to realize that the bottle had leaked. There was a layer of liquid over the whole bottle. Dried it off, put it away and went on with my life, things happen. Later that day or possibly the next, reach for it and see that once again it's covered in itself. The process repeats again and again.

I was able to grab the hard-to-find Dior Homme Parfum at a great price. The shipping was super fast as well, with it being delivered to the southeast US in only 5 days. I've never had a negative experience with FragranceBuy and they remain one of my favorite sources for fragrances. My only suggestion is to look into their notification system as there have been a few instances where I've signed up to receive restock notifications, but did not receive one. This was one of those times. Luckily a Facebook friend noticed it in stock and let me know about it.

When you have prices this good, some people may wonder what the catch is. The only downside to a website like FragranceBuy usually, is that shipping takes a while. But, even being in the US, shipping for me has been timely and effective and all of my products have arrived in great condition. I will 100% be back time and time again with future fragrance purchases!

I bought with fragrance buy for the third time and this time was worst some perfumes looks like they are old used bottles and some of them are little less than the pack i dont understand why but i tried to contact customer service but no response and also no testers i spent 300 plus and i dont get it why this time because before it was good
