Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
It is so easy to make purchases on Fragrance Buy and not only is it easy, they are truly a legit company. I love the sales that they have and I love how quick their shipping is. Great experiences so far.

I have emailed the company around 4 times to get a tracking number, no response. I have requested a supervisor and still no response. After all these years... for the first time I feel like I purchased from these scam websites.

Package came exactly as sold, shopping for my fragrance was easy, and the package was packed with care; foam had been carefully placed so that the bottle would not rattle around or be damaged. Not the first time I have shopped with fragrancebuy and not the last :)

I placed the order and right away I got continues updates, it said 2 to 4 days for shipping, I got it after 2 days well boxed and protected, the shipping process kept me informed when and what time it will be in my place. Great Job!

I received my bottle of Tom Ford Oud Wood and it was literally empty. There is no liquid in the bottle and I was extremely shocked and un satisfied with my first purchase from fragrancebuy. It was a very large and expensive purchase I made with you guys and for the bottle to be empty is for lack of better words ridiculous. I don't understand how a brand new cologne in its original packaging comes empty. I would need a refund immediately.

I've been collecting fragrances for quite a while now, and Fragrance Buy is consistently the best place to get a fragrance. Their selection is unmatched and they are THE go-to fragrance website for hard to get fragrances. I got all my fragrances, no damage except to the corner of a tester box which doesn't matter. My one concern as that it says there are fragrances in the box which might make it a target for porch pirates. I would overall recommend frangrancebuy!

Excited to order and have been awaiting the delivery (FedEx). Claims to have attempted delivery twice but was here both times. Now they are saying they are returning my order. Really frustrating. No way to contact fedex

I put a 4 star because my package was delivered to the wrong address and luckily my neighbour brought me my package. If not for that, would have been a 3 star or lower depending on how fast the mistake would have been resolved. That being said, if not for the delivery problem, would have been a 5.
