Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
I was surprised how quick the delivery was and the bottle was completely protected with excellent packaging. I was truly impressed. I will make this my first place to consider for all my fragrance purchases.

Great service from start to finish. I was acknowledged of a confirmation after purchase two days later I got my shipping with tracking number. I was able to track my shipment from start to finish. Everything was perfect. No complaints. I would recommend the service to anyone. 5/5

I've only ordered from FragranceBuy twice thus far, but both experiences have been fantastic - I haven't had any leakage or concern about fakes. Recent bad reviews had turned me off, but the steep discounts and prior positive reviews made me willing to give the site a shot and I haven't been disappointed. I wouldn't spend big bucks right away if you're unsure, but particularly in Canada - where it's harder to source fragrances for reasonable prices versus the US - it's worth a shot on at least a few lower-end items :)

Not entirely happy as one of the bottles are leaking from the sprayer. I bought 5 of these perfumes and gave 4 as gifts. Not sure if the 4 are leaking as well.
Please advise on how this can be corrected.

I ordered a perfume which was about 170 in stores. I got it for 108 with everything in. It arrived quickly and in good condition. I was surprised for ordering it 5 days before the Xmas weekend. I received it in 2 days!

2 things I noticed, my bottle at the bottom had the serial number grinder off, another if the fragrance is very similar but not entirely the same, I bought a Roja Elysium at full retail price and compared that with the one I received there's a distinction between them, I don't know how it's possible maybe I lucked out and got a crappy batch. It has now made me think about future purchases.

I ordered this for a friend of mine and it was amazing, I expected it to be here late since I forgot to order it but I received it a few days early a round a week for shipping which is very fast since I'm in the us and this is a Canadian website. Overall more than pleased with the experience they have especially with their loyalty program it's even better.
Tip for consumers:
The Canadian money, it’s a bit hard to see the real cost when checking out but I just searched up a calculator for money.

Extremely fast shipping, authentic fragrances that smell amazing. Get the insurance for every chance you get, especially if your shipping to the states. You also get a free sample with the insurance. My only quip is the sample was for more feminine leaning, and one of my fragrance's atomizer was a tad loose. Not fragrancebuys fault, but QC from the actual fragrance company. It was amazing and I didn't feel like it was worse sending back too Canada for such a trivial issue.

Loved everything except Shippie... they came at 930pm and I missed it. Redelivery was four days later and I got it but was around 9pm again

I have placed 41 orders so far but half of those have had problems with the Shippie - their courier service - for the unprofessional service they provide. So it's been easy to buy but uncertain delivery.

It's been 1 day after the scheduled date and time that it was supposed to arrive. It was supposed to arrive yesterday at 10am-2:00 pm however, it's now the day after at 12:32 pm and it's still not here. When I look at tracking for the package the arrival date now says, "Pending", also, The package is still in the same location that it was yesterday morning so it didn't even move. As of right now i'm very dissatisfied with this current situation.

Fragrancebuy has the best prices 99% of the time. I've never had issues ordering from them and have always received my packages with the utmost care. Never had any issues with leaks, cracks, etc.
I've been buying here since 2022 and plan to continue purchasing my fragrances here indefinitely.

Everything was delivered in excellent condition less than a week from the order date which is very fast for Canada to the US. The total price for the order was $121 USD less than I would have payed on Amazon for the haul. I know because I added them all to my Amazon cart just to see. $257 for Fragrance buy and the same fragrances would have cost me $378 on Amazon.

I placed a request for notification when an "out of stock" fragrance became available. I received a notification as requested, and ordered the fragrance. As I live in the states, I was very pleased to receive consistent notifications as to where my product was while in transit. The fragrance arrived timely, and unscathed.

I stopped shopping on fragancenet because fragrancebuy promised faster delivery times but I'm still here waiting. The problem is that I eat another fragrance that is supposed to arrive on Wednesday and I don't think that's the case.

The box and the perfume are fake. The perfume smells similar to the original; however, it isn't long-lasting, dull, and has weak protection. I wrote an email to the company the day I received the package with photos and have still no reply. I will not suggest buying with this company, nor will I again.
