Arrived sooner than expected. Updates and tracking provided which is great, plus a text received as soon as the package was laid on my door step. Moreover, they have very competitive prices and products are legit. Have been a customer for years now. Only wishing that samples are provided every time I order. Sometimes, I get zero samples even if I've ordered a couple of fragrances. But nonetheless, still highly recommended

All excellent, but for us FedEx always arrives later than the expected delivery date that is initially projected. Sometimes a week later, so plan accordingly.

(Old 3star post: Salutations, ordered quite a few things, sadly the Burberry bottles were defective, the spray nozzle is off therefore it doesn't spray the cologne, I have to use it like an aftershave dab or pull off the spray thingy from another cologne bottle. Pain in the … but. It's all good.(and the return policy is a joke, it's actually more expensive than most of their cologne). Hm.(3 star cause my other items were good). Didn't even get any samples.)

Great service takes awhile but i live so far from canada, who cares if you get your fragrance a little late its not really a third world problem anyways.

Prices are competitive with other fragrance discounters. Very nice that they carry the products from some of the cloning houses. Packaging is awesome! Only things that could be better: (1) faster fulfillment getting package to shipper and (2) faster free shipping option. Still, a great overall experience and definitely will be buying from this site many times!

Order came in a timely fashion, box was well padded and contained everything I ordered. I am enjoying my new fragrances and will certainly be purchasing from the site again

I attempted to make a return of an unopened product and was told it would take 4-5 weeks to get a refund. Item was to be shipped to New Jersey in the US and refunds would only be made once the item arrived to Canada thereafter. While the policy that customers must pay for their own shipping on returns, it's a bit outdated as all other reputable fragrance sellers will give you a shipping label. So after paying $15 for shipping and $11 for return shipping I would have needed to wait over a month for the refund to initiate which does not include the actual processing time of the funds. Also offered no option of exchange. I ended up selling the product on a forum instead of initiating a return and got my money back the same day.

Just not up to standard with other discounters that will pay for return shipping and process returns significantly faster. I've spent a lot of money with this company but feel like I'll be better off going with other companies from here on out in the event a refund is needed.
