EDIT- Fragrance Buy have contacted me and were insistent on correcting the issue. Although the problem was either manufacturer's issue or a shipping issue, they've took it upon themselves to find a solution to correct this. Updated service to 5 stars, based solely on the customer service and the fact it wasn't their issue.

Ordered 4 bottles of cologne, 2 came damaged. Both were just the caps, one was completely smashed, the other had leaked and the coating (dye) on the cap had run everywhere, and it was red, so it was very messy

All my purchases so far so good. When the box arrives they are top notch packed. I love that, however i jave never receive free samples all other site have gave me some, but is ok because the price is nice.

I have had several orders through FragranceBuy, and have nothing but praise for them. All items arrived quickly, safely, and were as described. Their pricing is very competitive, and thus far, I have not encountered duties coming south across the border.

Fast shipping and very helpful for my order because I was confused about the Canada exchange to USD.

I believe shipping only took about a week from Canada to the US (Oklahoma). The prices were good, they had more in stock than compared to other sites. I would buy from them again, I wished I bought from them before because you'll pay more at any main store. There is less in stock right now because of the holidays so I am glad I bought when I did. The package was also nicely packed, and sealed nicely too.

I was honestly scared to buy from here but after watching some reviews I decided to trust in the website. This website is amazing, I bought the black opium intense from YSL for half the price & not only was the scent so lovely, packaging & delivery was great. I guess I live near their department area so I received my package in 1 day, and the box was such a pleasant experience to open. Definitely recommend to any new buyers!

Bought on line. Had no idea the smell would be like this. I will NEVER buy a fragrance without a smell test 1st.
Internet descriptions and you tube can NOT substitute for a real sniff test.

I was super excited to catch a sweet deal on Stronger With You Absolutely. IFragrance Buy shipped the package via FedEx and I followed the tracking all the way until it was listed as out for delivery. It never came. FedEx investigated but found nothing. And FragBuy is out of the fragrance again so I can't replace it. However, Fragrance Buy has responded to my inquiries promptly and courteously and have gone above and beyond to rectify the issue as best they can. I can't thank them enough for their customer care and support. The villain in this instance was FedEx which has became a third rate delivery service. I will avoid them like the plague henceforth.FrangranceBuy's only misstep in this transaction was enlisting FedEx as their delivery service. I highly recommend FragranceBuy. They are a small business and they care about their customers and it shows in the way they treat them.

Order arrived. Box in perfect condition. Poorly protected fragrances inside unphased. Somehow the le male in the solid can offering the most protection arrived damaged and i was told it must have happened in transit. No way. That was shipped out damaged. Customer service insisted it was a fedex issue. It was a leaky mess and atomizer busted and its a matte bottle so who knows how much was left in the bottle. They dont have any more 200mls in stock so they told me i can now wait for the time it takes to ship it back and for them to process the return before i get a refund or accept a $40 voucher and do what i can to salvage the bottle….thats insane.my time wasnt respected here. My intelligence wasnt respected here. Pretty sure i wont be ordering from here again. Already deleted everything off my wishlist.
