I did not recieve my package in the standard FragranceBuyCA packaging and was very poorly packed not standard packing I expected gave me a free code for shipping and sample that was included was some cheap new brand $8 a bottle fragrance in past they gave out decent samples

Ordered a PDM fragrance... came a day later than the one said when I placed the order. However that was the first occurrence... my previous orders always came right on time! Don't hesitate to order from fragrance buy, you will not regret it at all... customer service always on point!

Fragrance Buy is a fantastic website that allows one to purchase their most sought scents without a crazy markup. My order was shipped the day after I placed it and I received it within 5 business days. The perfumes came securely placed in a thick box. There was no damaging to the boxes or bottles. Smells very much like sauvage elixir. Doesn't seem to last as long, but do like the bottle design more than sauvage. Plus it is affordable. Would buy again. Shipping is fast and design of box is not overlooked by me. Very good website.

I think its been close to 3 week now and still no dilivery. UPS has failed on so many levels. During our snow storm they said my package is out for dilivery (their centre is 10min from my home that was on the 17th of Jan). The same day I also ordered something from amazon and my order was delivered the next day. Now it's almost the 23rd of Jan and still no delivery... The Incompitance of this UPS company is pathetic. I will be telling this suplier if they don't change their shipping company soon I will NOT be ordering from them any more...

So I ordered two fragrances and received them quite fast. They were well packaged but one of the bottles I ordered which was Club De Nuit Intense came with the chain that's suppose to be attached, broken and just hanging. Apart from that, I can say that im pretty satisfied with my first purchase and will probably be buying more fragrances in the future

I purchased a big order of about 5 or 6 fragrances from Fragrancebuy and was shipped an incorrect flanker for one of them. I contacted them and they processed the return very quickly with no issues. I will definitely buy from them again in the future over other sites.
