I have over 500 fragrances, most purchased on Fragrance Buy. I've only had one issue that I couldn't resolve. I accidentally purchased two of the same fragrance and noticed it right away. They were unable to fix it, so I had to cancel my order. The sale had ended by this time, and I didn't get the fragrance.
Here are 2 improvements I would love to see in 2025. First, put a "my Wishlist" link at the top of the site. The second is when you're out of stock, allow an autofill in the email address. Keep up the good work.

This is an update to my previous review found below. Was refunded the cost of shipping for my last order from Black Friday sales. I have been using fragrance buy for all my fragrance purchases and will continue to do so as long as they value my business and keep me loyal.
Previous review:
When order is above $99 or more, shipping discount should be applied automatically at checkout. Missed the discounts every time there was sale because the discount needs to manually applied. Not a great checkout process.

First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!

Edit: Fragrance Buy reached out to me and helped with the process of following up with the delivery. Delivery company didn't update the tracking info but it managed to arrive before Christmas.
Although shipping speed was slow, it was also during holiday shopping season which contributed to delays. No issues with the product but no sample was included with the FragBuy Care which I thought it did but it may have changed.
Purchased Dec 2, didn't get shipped until Dec 9.
Today is Dec 19, and shipping has yet to leave the courier's facility.
Beyond slow.

Fragrancebuy always seems to have the lowest prices for the fragrances I want. Shipping may take an extra day or two since it's coming from Canada and I'm in the states. Packages always arrive undamaged and on occasion with a free sample or two!

It took about 4 business days to fulfill my order and about 1 day to receive it once shipped. I'm assuming fulfilment is usually faster but I ordered during the black Friday sale so I expected a "delay". Overall I'm very satisfied!

I made a mistake on my address and they helped me get a hold of FedEx and change the address so it delivered to my house.They were super helpful and replied back quick helping in my mistake and at the end I was pleased with my purchase👍

Great service & speedy delivery. The price has gone up about 40% from when I last bought a couple years ago, but hopefully this is a cap of price markup. I will be a customer for life if they never stop carrying this in stock and a a good discount as this scent is underrated. My wife loves it beyond measure, and unfortunately when I go out I always get compliments from other women. Have to take the good, with the bad with this one!;)

The customer service is formidable, the prices are regularly good. The shipment is extremely late, up to two or three weeks for it to arrive even if they say it is less days, the truth is that it takes up to 20 days. Other than that, a round of applause to customer service! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Fragrance Buy always delivers great value, price, and shipping time. However, I wish you could respond quicker by e-mail to inquiries. Sometimes, it takes too long to get a response. Also, after being a long-time client and spending a significant amount, I believe there should be some incentives, such as free shipping or adding a free sample.

I've worked in customer service for 25+yrs and consistency is key to a great experience and the team at Fragrance Buy are awesome! Prompt & friendly any time you need them. I'd say this is the one place where I shop online and get an actual personality vibe. And such a great selection, and options described.(tester no cap, dented box etc) I also really appreciate that when the stock is low, it says so! I nabbed an Amouage that was almost sold out. Plus the sample with price protection, love that, I've found a few new loves with that treat! And the red box it arrives in is an actual treat to open. Don't hesitate, this is a top quality company.
