If I had to put my experience dealing with fragrance by in one word. It would be OUTSTANDING amazing product with good quality. Always the original brand prices that usually are cheaper than anybody. Else's an amazing customer service. No problem dealing with you and a very timely manner. And everything that I receive is always without damage or defect And super super fast delivery. I couldn't say more good things about the company and it will definitely be recommending to my friends and continuing to buy and grow my fragrance collection. Edit: FB reached out to me and made everything right. Maybe it was a new CS rep or a miscommunication on their side, but I am now happy and will continue to buy from FragranceBuy as they are IMO the best Canadian discounter by far. Great customer service to make things right.

I have purchased well over 100 bottles from FragranceBuy including many testers. FB always states "no cap" if a cap is not included with a tester. This was not stated in my case and my tester showed up without a cap. I emailed FB and they basically said "oops. You should have emailed us and asked". Nope. Maybe keep your descriptions consistent. On a cheap bottle, I am not worried about it. A very expensive 100ml bottle of Creed? I am not happy and suprised FragranceBuy really didn't care. I would not have bought it if I knew there was no cap.

I had an issue with an order and the customer service team contacted me quickly and resolved my problem as soon as possible.

Overall experience with the website is great so far based on all my previous orders. It offers many fragrances that are not available on other sites and on the market.

In all the years I have been ordering from Frangrance buy I have only ever had one problem of the wrong item being shipped and it was taken care of immediately, quickest and best customer service ever. Always prompt at shipping my orders. This is a highly recommended company for all your scent needs.

I bought two pdm fragrances to give as a gift, FedEx had a delay and I contacted the service department about possibly not getting the fragrances in time. Zoya responded that she would leave a message to FedEx and have them expedited. And that they did! So so happy and thankful for that. Will be purchasing many more fragrances through the site because customer service like that goes a long way.

Fragrance buy has been amazing! From it's prices to it's selection of fragrances. I've been shooting out referrals to all my fam and friends. Only giving this 4 stars because I was spoiled on first purchase. First purchase 2 fragrances and 3 samples (discovered my next purchase this way)... I think you should put a couple samples with purchase for Eau Addict Members just show gesture of appreciation and we will buy them if we like them. Also arrange faster shipping for premium status too so we will buy more.

Hello, my experience with shipping and receiving my package was perfect and quick! Thank you very much for a fast delivery! However, I did purchase 5 fragrances and was given only one sample. I am not upset about it or anything, however, I was just expecting to get more than one considering I purchased 5 fragrances. Moreover, without that small hiccup I believe that my experience with Fragrance Buy was great!

This was my first ever order from Fragrance Buy, and I do have to say it was amazing. Packaged shipped and arrived in not even 2-3 days and it was packaged with alot of care. The prices on this website are insane, I wish I had only found out way before. I will for sure stop going to Sephora and stuff for my fragrances from now on and shop here.

Item came on time. The tracking was delayed so much the Item arrived before the tracking could catch up. My bottle was broken upon arrival. I bought a rare parfum so did not feel it necessary to try and get another bottle as it will likely be out of stock for a while. It still holds liquid, but the decorative leaf on the bottle had broken and allowed some liquid to spill all over the container.

Fragrance buy is 100% REAL! Don't miss out or second guess. They have amazing prices, a huge assortment and a ton of brands. They are very professional and ship very fast. From purchase to delivery here in US they used FedEx and it took about 3-4 business days.

Also, if you are someone like me that likes to budget a bit more, they have promotions and also allow you to split payments through payment services such as Afterpay.

Fragrance Buy has been exceptionally reliable. The last order was submitted on a Thursday afternoon and was delivered the following Tuesday afternoon to my door… 3 days has been the norm for the last dozen or so purchases. (I live in a nearby city to their distribution location)

Not my first time ordering here. The only reason I took one star away was because one of my samples (Mercedes Benz Man) had only 3 or 4 dribbles in it. Couldn't really give it an honest test. Oh well.

Recently got into frangrances and here in Canada it's nice to have a discounter that offers such amazing deals especially so I can get my hands on some niche houses not available in store around my area. I really like the 99 cent extra fee for protection and a sample. I look forward to some of my fragrance wish list becoming available again.

The Givenchy Gentleman EdP Boiseé is an amazing fragrance. Delicate, yet masculine, with a lot of staying power. Delivery was speedy, and the packaging was extremely secure. I was just extremely disappointed to see Styrofoam cubes lining the box. I know there are economical, sustainable cushioning solutions out there. And I'm much happier when I can recycle something as opposed to tossing it in the garbage.
