Bought kismet magic and smells great, shipped in 5 days but ordered on Friday so Saturday and Sunday do not really count as they are not business days. I will never buy from retail again unless I have gift cards.
First time i order something from them and still waiting for my order to come. The courier company they deal with has been giving me the round around to deliver my package and still nothing. I asked fragrance for a refund because im fed up and they just totally ignored my email! Never again ordering from this place!
I purchased recently a few items from their site and it was my first buy with them.
Excellent prices and delivery with a signature from a reputable courier service.
The packaging was very good and the items were stored securely and arrived in mint condition.

As always a great experience. The cologne I ordered was packaged professionally. I could not find it anywhere but Fragrance Buy had it. The shipping was before the date and the courier was super helpful.

Had an issue with my most recent order whereby FedEx delivered to the wrong address. The delivery image was clearly not my house and was missing the address where it was delivered to.
I filed a complaint with FedEx and gave Fragrance Buy a heads-up. FedEx did an investigation and confirmed the incorrect delivery. They said they will try to correct it in the next few days.
Fragrance Buy showed a lot of empathy to my misfortune and they were ready to move forward with next steps pending FedEx's findings.
Luckily FedEx were able to locate the package and properly deliver after two more days.

I'm so happy to buy from this website. Most of the time, I shop for my fragrances online. In my experience, this website provides services at the highest level. Even though they ship from Canada, my packages arrived sooner than I expected and were free of shipping charge. I like the loyalty program (free shipping over five fragrances, free shipping over $100 with the 100 points I earned from the order...)

It's the first time I ever bought perfumes online, and naturally I was a bit sceptical. I came across FragranceBuy through online reviews and that too some very good ones. So I pulled the trigger and ordered some scents. The delivery was quick, the packaging was secure and the experience was top notch. I have had issues with my packages arriving on time, on the last two occasions. Each time it has been me running around, calling, emailing trying to get an answer. I have been disappointed with how Fragrancebuy (who are usually very good) has handled the issue. Notwithstanding, it is very hard to get a hold of someone to discuss the issue, the phone calls go to voicemail and via email the wait time is longer than expected. I have put in another order last week and need the package to arrive before Thursday - lets see what happens this time.

I found the scent doesn't stay long. For the price I paid for it. Even if it was open boxed. My friend bought the exact same one and she uses it one time a day and it stays throughout. But she bought from a retail store. Same kind

I would rate my experience five stars! I received my first order last week on time and in good condition. I am very happy with the surface selection and price provided by fragrancebuy. It's great to deal with a Canadian company and not have to worry about Exchange or order delays. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family if they were purchasing fragrances. Took a very long time to get the shipment and not happy with the quality of the product. There's no way to return the product if you open it. That means they could send anything and if we open it the money is gone.

My #1 favorite site to order fragrances. I have ordered from Fragbuy several times now and have had no issues with the service. I even needed a refund because I ordered too soon by accident and they reversed the order for me so I could put the rest of the items in the cart.

I never received my items. And when I reached out to fragrancebuy customer service, they told me to fill out a slew of forms. So I filled out the forms. And then they ghosted me. It's been almost a week and no response. I paid well over $100 for this order and never received anything. I even paid extra for shipping insurance just in case something like this happened. And yet, I am left with nothing. No refund, no fragrances.
