Recently made a purchase during the annual Canada Day sale and came across some awesome deals. The communication, speed, and quality of delivery was top notch. I make all of my fragrance purchases from this site unless they don't have it, which is not many.

Once ordered the box of 3 arrived within a couple days. The box could have been dropped off a 5th floor balcony and nothing would break. And for price, that's 1 reason I shop at Fragrancebuy.ca.

This recent order was my 4th or 5th order, Whenever I order between 150-250$ but couldn't received any free samples which is kinda disappointing and for the offer just hardly get 5-10% off not more then that and most of the time products are.

Everything came perfectly as expected although the box for the eclair lattafa was a little beaten (which was concerning at first) but the bottle was perfectly fine.

I didn't enjoy my experience with Fragrance Buy. The cologne I bought was not a great scent. It left me with a headache. I sprayed the cologne once and didn't use it again. I reached out to customer service for a refund and I was told that I could return the cologne provided it was not opened… if it was opened there is a 20% fee taken from the price you paid for the fragrance. I was also responsible for paying shipping for the return. I ended up taking the L, by not returning the cologne because it wasn't worth my time. I based that on what I paid for the cologne. The funny thing is Fragrancebuy uses a third -party courier to deliver your orders in GTA, but if you end up returning via Canada Post, you're paying estimate minimum $15-$20 with the box the order came in. They don't provide a return shipping label.

Last thing, if you buy a fragrance at the store and you don't like the scent you can return the cologne and get a refund or exchange. Lesson learned for me… just not a good experience.

Not great, not terrible. Prices were reasonable, though they got me for shipping fees for 2 orders and ended up sending them together. Shipping took a long time, too. Live and learn. Not exactly in a hurry to buy from FragranceBuy again but I will if I have to.

Fantastic company from top to bottom. Shipping instructions were clear and precise. I ordered from the US and they made it clear of what the pieces were and the process. Packing was fantastic. Box was secure and a really nice touch having information about the company in the inside of the box. Fantastic experience from top to bottom.

Bought a number of fragrances recently and the experience has been nothing but amazing… From picking and choosing online until delivery it was smooth. Most of the fragrances were gifts to friends and family and all of them were very appreciated…. There are some good noses there who would have picked anything that is not legit or strayed from the originals…

I forgot to add the free shipping code in my order but it was only a difference of about $11. In spite of my own silly mistake it was still an overall wonderful purchase and I plan to make more of them in the future.

Products were as described, a little disappointed in the included Canada Day free sample. The biggest issue was the carrier must have thrown the box, corner was busted open and it had been glued shut on the front

I sent two emails to them and they never responded. I called them because I got tired or waiting on a response by email (which never came anyway) and they sent an email in response to the phone call that didn't even help. The product was legit though. The packaging was 4/5. I'm just upset that I emailed them twice with no response. Definitely not cool.

*edit* Fragrancebuy reached out after I posted my review and refunded the shipping due to the inconvenience of not responding to the emails I sent and packaging. I do appreciate the shipping being refunded and I appreciate the company trying to make it right so I updated my review.

First of all, I'm the one at fault. I placed a sizable (at least for me) order a day before the "Canada Sale" began. I didn't realize it was abt to happen but once I saw it and the discount they were offering and the free extras (candle, samples) I thought, well as many purchases I've made with them plus the amount of this order, surely they'll throw in a sample or two. Sadly I got nothing but what I ordered. Wishful thinking.

Consistently great pricing, massive selection, fast shipping...what more could you ask for? I've never had anything but a 5 star experience with FragranceBuy

FedEx told me package was damaged in shipping. And the product I ordered is sold out so there's no way to get a replacement. Sucks that things weren't packed with care.

I wish you had more sales as a Canadian. I buy from FragranceNet and FragranceBuy both, the prices for certain perfumes are just less on Fragrancenet despite the US conversion. For a Canadian company, I just wish you guys were more competitive, hence the neutral rating. My expectations as a Canadian are just not met, hence the disappointment. Even the loyalty program is not really worth it, double/triple the points days during the month would help to boost customer loyalty. So you don't need to compare with other site. You can blindly buy knowing you have the lowest prices. The quality of the perfumes has gone down too. I ordered a cologne few months back, wrote to you about the quality, and instead of replacing it you gave me ways to boost the cologne with creams/mositurizers, or try and not put moisturizer to see if the scent changed. It's just not the way to respond to customers. I was in no way asking for a refund, just questioning the quality. The company is just okay, I wish it was more advantageous to customers pockets.

I have been buying from FragranceBuy recently and the customer service is unparalleled. The product offering is excellent as well. I will be a returning customer for sure.
